Cara Delevingne is embarking on an exciting new chapter in her career with the release of her debut album, Not Normal. Arriving on September 25 via Warner Records, the 12-track collection sees the internationally recognised model and actress step into the spotlight as a recording artist, transforming some of her most personal experiences from recent years into music.
Known for her work in fashion and film, Delevingne has spent years nurturing her passion for songwriting and performing. With Not Normal, she finally brings that creative side to the forefront, delivering an album that explores the highs, lows, mistakes and lessons that have shaped her life.

A significant part of the album’s creative direction comes from Delevingne’s involvement in its production. She co-wrote all 12 tracks and co-produced the record alongside BJ Burton, whose previous work includes collaborations with Bon Iver and Charli XCX. The partnership brings together Delevingne’s personal songwriting with Burton’s experience in alternative and experimental pop music.

A Musical Journey That Began With Four Singles

Her musical journey officially gathered momentum in June with the release of two interconnected tracks, I Forgot and Out of My Head. Released alongside a shared music video, the songs introduced listeners to her experimental electronic sound and established the creative direction of her debut project.

Delevingne’s commitment to her musical ambitions has extended beyond the recording studio. During the summer, she embarked on a headline tour across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States, bringing her new material to audiences around the world.
The tour included a special appearance at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound festival, one of Europe’s prominent music events. She also concluded the run with sold-out performances in Los Angeles and Brooklyn, demonstrating the growing interest in her work as a recording artist.
Her live performances have provided an opportunity to introduce audiences to the songs from Not Normal while establishing her identity as a performer in her own right.
To celebrate the album’s arrival, Delevingne also made her musical performance debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Appearing on the popular American late-night programme, she performed Crazy, Baby and discussed the inspiration behind her debut record.
The appearance represents another milestone in her transition into music, bringing her new material to an international television audience.
