GRAMMY®-nominated singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams has released her highly anticipated new single, “Look at My Life,” the second track from her upcoming third studio album, Daughter from Hell, via Interscope Records.
Accompanying the release, Abrams has also unveiled the official music video for “Look at My Life,” directed by Mitch Ryan. The visual features Abrams racing through a rural town on a road trip, interspersed with scenes of her in an empty dance studio, a convenience store parking lot, and ultimately escaping in a hot air balloon. The video made its broadcast debut on MTV Live, MTVU, and the Paramount Times Square billboards.
This release comes at an exciting moment for Abrams, who recently graced the cover of American Vogue’s Summer double issue, shot by Larissa Hofmann (see HERE), and was featured on the latest episode of The New York Times’ “Popcast” (see HERE). Just a month prior, she dropped her lead single “Hit the Wall,” with an official music video directed by Renell Medrano. Listen to [HERE] and watch [HERE]. “Hit the Wall” debuted at #35 on Top 40 Radio and #38 on Hot AC, marking Abrams’ highest Spotify streaming debut to date with 3.9 million streams in under 24 hours. The track has now amassed over 88 million streams overall.
Daughter from Hell, written and produced by Abrams alongside Aaron Dessner, is set to be released on July 17th, 2026—pre-order/save [HERE]. This album follows her 2024 release, The Secret of Us, which earned her her first number one in the UK, Australia, and the Netherlands, and debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200. Notable tracks include “Close to You,” Abrams’ first solo debut on the Billboard Hot 100, and “I Love You, I’m Sorry,” which peaked at #9 on Spotify’s US chart, #31 on Billboard Hot 100, and reached the Top 20 globally. The deluxe edition features seven additional songs, including “That’s So True,” which climbed to #6 on Billboard Hot 100, marking her first Top 10 hit.
Later this year, Abrams will embark on her Look at My Life Tour across North America and Europe. The North American leg, presented by Capital One and promoted by Live Nation, kicks off in Denver, Colorado, on December 2, with stops in major cities including Boston, Chicago, Nashville, Toronto, and Los Angeles. The tour will conclude with four nights at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, on March 20. Following North America, Abrams will perform across Europe starting in Paris in April, with dates in Antwerp, Dublin, Manchester, Glasgow, London, and more, wrapping up in Barcelona on May 28. She will also perform four nights at London’s iconic O2 Arena.
