Rising boy band JYT officially enter a new chapter with the release of their debut EP, Just Your Type, out today via Wexler Records/Republic Records. Following a breakout year fueled by electrifying performances, viral dance moments, and a rapidly growing fanbase, the five-member group is making its mark on a new generation of boy-band fans.

Over the past 120 days alone, JYT have amassed more than 550 million views across social media platforms, while audiences on their national mall tour have already been singing along to every word. Led by the cheeky, flirtatious pop anthem “Which One,” the seven-track EP offers a personal introduction to the members, showcasing their experiences, personalities, and perspectives.

“We honestly can’t believe we get to say this: our debut EP, Just Your Type, is finally out. These songs are so us. They’re literally about our lives right now, from stuff we’ve been through to things we’re still figuring out. Meeting so many of you at shows all over the country has been crazy, and feeling all the love IRL makes this moment mean even more. We put everything we have into this, and we really hope you love it as much as we do,” the group shared.

Tracklist — Just Your Type

  1. U Got It
  2. Don’t Stop
  3. Which One
  4. No Pressure
  5. I Wanted You
  6. First Time
  7. Together

Beyond music, JYT are expanding their presence in fashion and entertainment through a groundbreaking partnership with Gap Inc., becoming the company’s first-ever Fashiontainment partner. The collaboration spans an original docuseries, a national mall tour, in-store activations, and a Gap x JYT capsule collection co-designed by all five members. Bringing music, fashion, and fan culture together, the partnership places the group’s growing community at the heart of the experience.

That connection with fans has been a defining part of JYT’s rapid rise. The group recently reached more than 15,000 young fans across a 24-stop summer camp tour before taking the stage at two major events in August. JYT joined Charlie Puth, YEONJUN, and Bella Kay at iHeartRadio’s Z100 Summer Bash in New York, performing for the event’s largest audience to date, before headlining Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day at the US Open.

The iconic event has welcomed some of pop music’s biggest names over the years, including Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys, and the Jonas Brothers — placing JYT among a celebrated lineup of artists who have helped shape pop culture for younger audiences.

With their national mall tour underway and their run supporting Kylie Cantrall now complete, JYT are gearing up for another major milestone as they join the full iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour this winter. Their combination of musical talent, intricate choreography, and undeniable charisma has already become a signature of their performances, with their near-daily viral “dance circles” offering a glimpse of the chemistry driving their growing popularity.

With Just Your Type now available and a packed schedule of live appearances ahead, JYT are proving that boy-band mania is ready for a new era.
