First thing Friday, Cardi dropped her latest single. It’s a slice of smoking-hot NSFW rhymes, accompanied with a spectacular music video, for a new single simply called ‘Up’. Cardi announced her new single on Monday, sharing the cover artwork and writing, “LETS GOOOOOO!” Of course Cardi’s last release was “WAP,” her blockbuster team-up with Megan Thee Stallion that topped the Billboard Hot 100 back in August. She was named Billboard‘s 2020 Woman of the Year in December, accepting the honor from Breonna Taylor’s mom, Tamika Palmer.
In less than 24 hours this video has already been viewed over 9 million times. An absolute astounding result. Check out ‘Up’ now.
