HBO Max Confirms Colin Farrell To Reprise His Role As The Penguin In A Series

Colin Farrell has officially signed on to star in and executive produce a series spinoff of “The Batman” in which he would see him play The Penguin once again. According to Variety, Lauren LeFranc will be writing the series, having written and produced Agents of SHIELD. The Batman director Matt Reeves will also be involved in some capacity. The series will reportedly delve into The Penguin’s rise to power in the Gotham criminal underworld. Producer of the Batman Dylan Clark, would executive produce the Penguin series under their 6th & Idaho and Dylan Clark Productions banners respectively. Warner Bros. Television would produce.

In the mean time you can catch Colin Farrell as the Penguin in The Batman, which is set for release March 2022. The Penguin series is thought to be heading to the small screen in 2023.
