Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes Star In The Netflix Dark Comedy ‘Do Revenge’

We give you the first look at the Netflix forthcoming dark comedy movie ‘Do Revenge’, which is set to debut on the streaming service September 16. In the photos we see Maya Hawke’s Eleanor and Camila Mendes’ Drea as they team up for revenge.

Netflix has described the movie as  a subverted Hitchcock-ian dark comedy featuring the scariest protagonists of all: teenage girls. The film centers around Drew (Alpha, it girl) and Eleanor (beta, alt girl) who, after a clandestine meet-cute, team up to go after each other’s bullies.”

Alongside Hawke and Mendes the movie stars Austin Abrams, Alisha Boe, Rish Shah, Talia Ryder, Ava Capri, Jonathan Daviss, Maia Reficco, Paris Berelc, and Sophie Turner.

‘Do Revenge’ is directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson from a screenplay she co-wrote with Celeste Ballard. Robinson is best known for directing the Netflix film ‘Someone Great’ and co-writing Marvel’s feature ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’.
