INsiders Guide: Freedom Heartsong, JAE5, Atta Boy, NOAH GUY, Quavo x Takeoff, Bankroll Freddie, sunsetto, Skyler Cocco, DAY SULAN, 93FEETOFSMOKE, Cassie Marin…

Blues-rock artist Freedom Heartsong has released his newest album, The Humane Experience. The 11-track album combines the soulful lyrics of blues and the upbeat energy of rock to inspire listeners to find strength amidst intense suffering, to not only survive, but thrive and create the life they have always dreamed of living. The Humane Experience is available to stream and download on digital platforms worldwide.

The Humane Experience intertwines themes of emotional vulnerability and optimistic persistence. Freedom Heartsong wrote the album as a response to immense tragedy. He had lost all of his livelihood and income simultaneously due to the pandemic. He spent a year fighting for his daughter and his rights as a father. His best friend and bandmate was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away three months later. A massive storage unit full of his tools and instruments needed to create his music and art was stolen. Through all of this, he kept writing the album as a way to stay alive, tell his story, make it through one more day at a time, and to ultimately create the life of his dreams. And he did, as he confidently states today, “I went through the most painful and beautiful times while creating this album, but I made it through and I am stronger, wiser, and happier than I have ever been in my life. The songs on this album are for anyone who has ever gone through or is going through intense suffering.” The tone of the album is set by previously released singles: “Evil Grieves,” an inspiring song about letting go of the bad to savor the good, and “Warrior of the Light,” an upbeat account of harnessing positivity and unity to overcome life’s obstacles. Blending strong guitar riffs and upbeat drums with vulnerable and soulful lyrics, The Humane Experience “is a journey from darkness to light, a message of inspiration, courage, perseverance, and optimism to help make the human experience a little bit more humane,” he confesses.

JAE5 is back at it again. As one of the UK’s most coveted producers, as well as a 2021 GRAMMY winner, he is the mastermind behind some of the globe’s biggest hits. After deciding to jump into the spotlight last year by releasing his debut single “Dimension” featuring Skepta and Rema, he now returns with brand new track “Propeller,” perfectly in time for the summer. Listen HERE and watch the video HERE.

Known for consistently collaborating with high profile artists, JAE5 doesn’t disappoint with his featured guests this time around either, as the new release features Nigerian Afro-fusion singer BNXN, formerly known to fans as Buju, and London’s musical wunderkind Dave.

Says JAE5, “Propeller’ is a big link up. Buju is one of the most talented guys I’ve worked with and if you add in my guy Dave, who always kills it when we link up, you can only imagine what’s about to happen!”

Says BNXN, “’Propeller’ is a special record. It came from JAE5 having faith in working with me when he first came to Lagos, then to me telling my story and representing for the part of the city I grew up in and finally having a class act such as Dave to bring it all to life was something the world needed to feel. I’m happy everyone can get to experience this.”

LA indie-pop quartet Atta Boy return with new single “Boys,” out everywhere now, alongside a DIY lyric video. The guitar-driven, sweet ode to friendship is just the first taste of what’s to come from the four-piece.

Atta Boy began as a high school band, and after their first year in college, the group made a whimsical project in the summer of 2012 that became their debut album, Out of SortsEden Brolin (vocals) Dashel Thompson (piano) Freddy Reish (guitar) and Lewis Pullman (drums) didn’t expect anyone outside of their friends and family to hear it, but to their surprise, it captured listeners in over 70 countries. Eight years later, after pursuing individual endeavors, the band reunited to release their follow-up LP, Big Heart Mannerswhich caught the attention of several leading tastemakers like American SongwriterAtwood Magazine and The FADER. Now, in 2022, with millions of streams on Spotify and a captivated audience of over 226,750 monthly listeners, Atta Boy are back to capture the intricacies of not only life’s highs and lows, but the smaller, in between, seemingly trivial moments that make one feel most alive.

“Boys,” the band’s first release of 2022, was born from a vulnerable conversation between the bandmates that proved to lay the foundation for their writing and recording process. Taking turns sharing their goals, passions, hopes and fears, the track ultimately embodies the group’s deep-rooted, longtime friendship and serves as a reminder that amidst chaos and uncertainty, they have each other. Speaking to the track’s instrumentals, Reish explains, “The guitar part for “Boys” was written in fall of 2021 and was one of many voice memos I’ve sent to the band. I had been messing around with a lot of open tunings and this riff really resonated with the band.” As for the track’s subject matter, Reish continues, “It’s truly a snapshot of our friendships with each other and our commitment to growing up together as a band and friends. All of us traversing new milestones and hurdles knowing that in the end we always have each other to lean on.”

Marking his first release after a newly signed deal with Elliot Grainge’s 10K Projects, rising soul singer/songwriter Noah Guy drops an inward-looking new single “2 DOGS 1 LEASH.” Listen HERE. The track’s confessional tone is reflected in the accompanying video, also out today. “2 DOGS 1 LEASH” will be featured on Noah Guy’s upcoming project, a cozy collection of genre-blurring production and soul-baring lyrics.

2 DOGS 1 LEASH” is a deeply relatable track about being in a confusing relationship and not knowing where to go next. “The song is really just one long rhythmic freestyle, cycling through these deep personal fears, doubts, and hesitations I had sequestered from a past relationship,” says Noah Guy, “I had gotten out of a relationship that was super fast, super intense, and really quite perfect outside this mutual understanding that we maybe didn’t pace ourselves the way we should have.”

Delivering the kind of Atlanta anthem that moves the whole culture, multiplatinum GRAMMY® Award-nominated superstars Quavo and Takeoff unleash a blockbuster new single and music video entitled “Us Vs Them” featuring Gucci Mane—available today via Quality Control Music Group/Motown Records. Listen to “Us Vs Them” HERE and watch the music video for “Us Vs Them” HERE.

The track pairs a skittering trap bounce with unforgettable sirens. It sets the stage for Quavo and Takeoff to lock into an unbreakable and unbeatable lyrical volley highlighted by hilarious observations such as “Came from nothing, now my Lambo look like dolphin fins. It all builds towards the victorious chant, “Fuck that other shit, I’m going for the win. Meanwhile, Atlanta hip-hop legend Gucci Mane pulls up with a powerhouse verse of his own. The accompanying visual alternates between scenes in a parking garage and on a basketball court as fireworks rain from the ceiling, popping off with uncontainable energy.

It arrives on the heels of “Hotel Lobby. The latter has already generated 22.8 million YouTube views on the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas-inspired music video and 39.6 million Spotify streams and counting. Earning critical acclaim right out of the gate, Billboard proclaimed, ‘Hotel Lobby’ impresses with a natural camaraderie that the members demonstrated on their early mixtapes, as Takeoff handles the denser flow and Quavo gleefully punctuating every fifth word with another ad-lib.” Not to mention, the duo performed it as part of A COLORS SHOW, posting up 1.3 million Spotify streams and 3.3 million YouTube views on the video as the first in a series celebrating Black Music Month created in collaboration with Motown Records.

Quality Control’s Bankroll Freddie unleashes his newest project From Trap To Rap 2 via Quality Control Music / Motown Records. The widely anticipated mixtape picks up where its predecessor left off, showcasing Freddie’s hard hitting delivery alongside heavyweight features from Lil Baby, Money Man, Icewear Vezzo, and more – including a posthumous feature from Young Dolph, a close friend and collaborator of the Arkansas rapper. With the new mixtape, Freddie keeps his foot down to prove he deserves to be mentioned not only alongside QC’s brightest stars, but alongside the biggest names in hip hop. To accompany the release, Freddie shared a reflective new video for the contemplative, standout track “Patience” ft. Lil Baby. The visual showcases the rappers’ journey and rise through their time with QC. Listen to From Trap To Rap 2 HERE. Watch the music video HERE.

Toronto-based singer, songwriter and producer sunsetto is back today with his new single/video, “drugs are for fun.” Produced by Danes Blood (Rico Nasty, Leyla Blue) and BEN10K (G-Eazy, DaBaby), and written by sunsetto, “drugs are for fun” is an uptempo and melodic track that is carried by the strength of sunsetto’s shimmering vocals.

sunsetto elaborates on the new single: “I wrote the song in LA last November about coping mechanisms that formed from seemingly harmless fun with partying but that led to some important conversations and changes in my life. The song is disguised as an upbeat catchy pop anthem but, at its core, is a sobering conversation between two people. Nobody is perfect, and we’re not all lucky enough to have someone in our life that cares enough to tell us we need to make a change.”

The accompanying video was shot in Nova Scotia, Canada. With his beautiful childhood landscape as a backdrop, sunsetto uses his own reflection to find comfort.

producer, songwriter and artist Skyler Cocco is back with her new single, “Stranger,” the first track from her forthcoming EP.

Hailing from Queens, NY and recently settling in Southern California, Skyler has uncovered the special kind of friction that a New Yorker finds in Los Angeles. Just as the two cities sit geographically apart, they also remain creatively at odds as well. Ultimately, each represents a way of life as distinctly different as day is to night, with the differences spilling into life through sound, style, culture and art. You could say they speak their own language and, fortunately for us, Skyler happens to speak both.

The first single from her upcoming EP, “Stranger,” is an 80s-influenced anthem that bursts with ethereal vocals, catchy pop hooks, and crisp modern production. It’s a song about that familiar post-breakup situation and the accompanying mix of bittersweet, sad, and sometimes relieving feelings. It’s also an acknowledgment that in order to move on, you must distance yourself from the other person and become a “stranger.”

4Hunnid Records First Lady Day Sulan reveals a provocative and passionate new single and music video entitled “Pro” today. Listen to “Pro” HERE and watch the music video for “Pro” HERE.

On the track, a hummable acoustic guitar melody wraps around the thick beat. Meanwhile, Day Sulan leans into seductive verses before carrying the instantly catchy chorus as she assures, “Bet you didn’t know I’m a pro at it. The accompanying visual might just be her sexiest yet. She dances for an audience of one in a room adorned with chains from its ceiling. This choreography gives way to a pole dance routine in the water as rain pours down from the sky. It reaches a blockbuster climax befitting of the track’s lusty bounce.

It arrives on the heels of “Gravity,” which has already racked up over 1 million Spotify streams and 298K YouTube views on the music video. Right out of the gate, REVOLT noted, Day Sulan puts ‘Gravity’ to good use in latest single, and Rap Radar proclaimed, Day Sulan levitates for the money.” HipHopDX also touted it as part of its New Music Friday.

For as much as 93FEETOFSMOKE fits into the curious corners of the internet where memes double as gospel, he’s just as at home on the D.I.Y. stage of a sweat-soaked underground gig IRL. The Virginia-born and Oregon-based singer, songwriter, producer, and guitarist could’ve easily materialized in the late nineties, but his movement actually bubbled up in 2014—and it quietly boiled over by the time he signed to Photo Finish Records eight years later. With hundreds of millions of streams and plays, a rabid following, and acclaim from EarmilkElevator Magazine, and more, he shocks his vison to life like never before on his 2022 full-length debut album, GOODGRIEF.

“It’s a big twist of culture,” he explains. “My music is the intersection of skateboarding, fashion, the Crunk-era, and pop punk. It’s all uncut and unfiltered. I’m not trying to control everything and make it perfect and pristine. It’s a less-perfect vision of everything. It’s important for me to allow things to be the way they are. It’s real.”

In third grade, he picked up a $99 starter guitar with a tiny little amp, but he wasn’t trying “to read ‘Let It Be’ on freaking sheet music. He eventually joined jazz band in junior high as he managed to get kicked out of various local groups because he “didn’t want to stick to the script. So, he skateboarded a lot. While in college, he fell into the underground club scene in North Carolina, embracing drum and bass and teaching himself Ableton. He initially produced for friends before adding his own vocals. Countless shows followed as did a cult audience. “I was just yelling my head off over loud 808s and weird beats, he states. “Because people showed up, it gave me the confidence to keep going.

Los Angeles-based vocalist, producer and multi-instrumentalist Cassie Marin unveils the final single from her much-anticipated album, Lil 5i5, out August 12th.

“Lil 5i5,” the title track and final pre-album single, was the first song Cassie wrote for the project and the one that would inspire the trajectory of the rest of the album. The song is a perfect encapsulation of what’s to come on the album, showcasing Cassie’s trademark saccharine vocals and infectious, glittery synth-pop production.

Cassie elaborates on the title track: “While writing ‘Lil 5i5’ I got to this place where I was more forgiving of my inherited and learned limiting beliefs. I was no longer beating myself up about them and I decided to have fun shedding all of this stuff that did not belong with my identity and values. I allowed myself to just let go and be honest, but also not take myself too seriously and have fun. I hope the listeners are able to feel that for themselves when they hear it.”

There is an unmistakable feeling of vulnerability when hearing MYKA’s warm tone and self- reflective lyrics. Defined by his experiences in his late teens and early twenties, his tender demeanor is colored through his obvious soul searching, both musically and personally. MYKA’s use of innovative angles and unpredictable direction prove that there is no single genre that can define him. Captivating his audience with his affinity for irresistible melodies and cinematic choruses, the multi-talented artist exudes an energy at live performances that you would have to see to believe.

The Greensboro, NC native, MYKA started recording music at the early age of thirteen via a makeshift studio at his cousin’s house. By the time he was legal, he had already released three mixtapes and various singles. His late teen years weren’t very stable as his family was constantly moving state-to-state. Music was the only sure thing he had at those times. This allowed MYKA to steep himself into multiple cultures and music scenes, eventually leading to a sharp focus on exactly who and what he wanted to become.

Artists such as Kid Cudi, Frank Ocean, N.E.R.D, MGMT, The XX, and Beach House all help in influencing his versatile and genre-bending sound. As a multi-faceted artist who has made a career for himself with an eclectic mix of genre-defying and catchy compositions, MYKA is currently residing in L.A. where he continues to push his sound and style. His new single “american kids” is an autobiographical single profiling him growing up in two places at once influencing his perspective as both a dreamer and a conformist.

Stefano May is a singer, songwriter and piano virtuoso who fuses soul, pop and classical for an enthralling musical journey. The talented songwriter’s music is marked by hope, love and connection in the aim to heal.

Born in Soveria Mannelli, Italy, Stefano took to music at an early age and began classical piano training at age seven. He quickly gained notoriety by performing on popular Italian TV shows, and since then has collaborated with famed songwriters, as well as the famed director Franco Zeffirelli. Honing his craft further, the musician and singer has ultimately composed and scored motion picture soundtracks under the guidance of award-winning filmmaker Jamal Joseph.

2019 marked the beginning of his solo project, when Stefano began collaborating with famed producer Chico Bennett (Madonna, Lady Gaga, The Killers, Prince). His debut single “Prayer” highlights the songwriter’s warm and confessional vocals brimming with such passion, and yet such delicate vibrato tones. Stefano’s otherworldly vocal delivery glides with memorable melodies over intimate piano. The moving lyrics detail the act of loving again after hardship and disconnection. With comparisons to Sam Smith, Andrea Bocelli, and Michael Bublé, “Prayer” marked a graceful and exciting debut for this generational artist on the rise.

In Stefano’s single “We Are The Power,” the songwriter invites us all to take part in healing the world together. The glorious composition features soulful vocals, a soaring melody, and a vivacious chorus complete with a gospel choir for a most heartfelt demonstration of love, optimism, and vitality.

“Find My Way” was born as a musical tribute to the Motown world that has been highly influential to Stefano’s musical taste and sound since he was a young child. Thematically, the song was inspired by his mother, who raised Stefano to pursue big dreams and share his gifts with strength, patience, and heartfelt dedication.

Stefano’s most recent single, “False Horizon”, features stylistic tangents of iconic California vintage highlighted with elements of nostalgic country flair for an infectious pop-driven song about finding your inner peace, no matter the pace of your soul. The textured eclectic blend of instrumentation culminates into deep feelings of romantic Hollywood angst and soulful reckoning for a song all about embracing one’s inner journey.

Stefano aims to bring people together through the power of music. By sharing his gifts, he empowers others to do the same. “Music is made to heal your soul. People find commonality in the music they listen to and every song has the right time and place for each of its listeners.”

Singer-songwriter and producer Francois Klark!s sophomore album, Adventure Book, can best be described as a wanderlust memoir that journeys steadily through an ever-surprising world of addictive slick pop production that dauntlessly ventures into awe-inspiring symphonic concert halls and small tribal villages. The album is a celebration of life, the human spirit, youth, and relationships. Slinking between poignantly intimate and abundantly exuberant, ‘Adventure Book’ delves into our longing to connect with others and our desire to explore the world we live in. Klark reminisces about, and thoughtfully reflects on his personal life experiences with glowing storytelling lyrics and beautifully unpredictable, yet seemingly familiar melodies. He vividly paints a techni colour journey through memories and stories collected throughout his travels and time spent in Oaxaca, Guatemala, Canada, and his native South Africa. With gallant mastery Klark builds upon the distinct sound he established on his debut record, ‘Love’, while unreservedly pouring a remarkable amount of alluring creativity into each moment on the album. From invigorating pop anthems to introspective ballads and soaring orchestral arrangements, Klark draws inspiration from his fascination with EDM production, cinematic and world music. The euphoric ‘Fuego’, an up tempo Carpe diem-anthem, perfectly encapsulates the wanderlust and youthful spirit of the album. Driving drum production, fluttering strings, and mesmerizing vocals beckon the listener to explore the world while Francois entices with undeniable, almost tangible imagery as here counts a trip up volcanoes Acatenango and Fuego in Antigua, Guatemala. Klark’s muses are plenty – nature, the cosmos, his piano, and his relationships. However, the most notable muse who provides the vibrant tapestry within which this record is delicately wrapped is Klark’s long-time love affair with the places, music, art, people, language and culture of Central America and Mexico. From running with ‘Pirates’ in the lively streets of Oaxaca City during Dia de los Muertos to bike rides with ‘Cecilia’ through Francois’ hometown in South Africa, and ‘Paper Planes’ at sunset in Puerto Escondido – Klark’s ‘Adventure Book’ is just that…an unforgettable adventure.

Indie singer-songwriter Diandra is thrilled to release her new single “No Bad Lasts” that is out now.

What makes Diandra unique is with each release she has a chapter written about it. You can read the one for “No Bad Lasts” at https://diandrareviewsitall.com/chapter-1-no-bad-lasts/

Born In New York, with her family in Puerto Rico, life for Diandra felt crossed between two very different islands. Yet, in either, she always felt like her best friend was music. Between lyrics and rhythms, life became less lonely for the girl whose family was under palm trees and sun, while she shoveled snow and wrote fantasy novels in her room. Growing up with a world inside your head, in some ways, is the biggest sign you are meant to be an artist. For Diandra, getting straight As and joining more clubs than Rachel Berry on Glee did not mean she was bound for success. If anything, it was her desire to do everything that led her to become a critic, observe the entertainment world, and wonder whether going from a viewer to the viewed was truly what she wanted. After years traveling the world and covering concerts via her personal, entertainment website, Diandra Reviews It All, it was a trip to see her family in Puerto Rico, just before the pandemic, that inspired her to see embracing her talents is like imagining her “best life” can be her life. Singing was the first thing she knew she could do wonderfully, and writing was what she needed to learn she could have her own voice. Diandra is a good human being, or, at least, she thinks she is, and that is what her music is all about: believing you are good enough to do better for yourself and others. With the world transformed, it seems like her music may have predicted exactly what people would feel as they pick up their lives to pick its purpose. For her, if you want the world to hear you, then you have to give them your heart to listen, and No Bad Lasts, her debut single, is her heart’s brazened search for hope. It is no secret that people are struggling to find faith in tomorrow and themselves. No Bad Lasts sings for those in struggle that never stop seeking their peace, even if the world will never stop challenging it. Written in under 5 minutes, there is nothing like a broken heart and a mind full of dreams to divinely inspire a song about feeling less than motivated but focused on getting back up. As the track claims, no storm is forever, and this song is her way of reaching for the calm.

alternative R&B singer-songwriter Iniko (whose pronouns are they/them) is set to release “The King’s Affirmation (Chill Mix),” a dreamy remix in collaboration with producers Reuel Williams, Joseph “Seph” Robinson and longtime creative partner, Ekela. After garnering over 3.6 million streams on their viral empowering anthem “The King’s Affirmation,” the songwriter’s mystical track continues to serve as a mantra for listeners to live their most honest life and refute traditional norms.

After stumbling across Iniko’s singing while on TikTok, musician and producer Reuel Williams  felt musically compelled to add a jazzy piano interpretation to the viral video that would blend seamlessly with the unique tone of Iniko’s voice. Looking to collaborate with like minded musical creators, Iniko alongside their producers Joseph “Seph” Robinson and Ekela knew their next step was to craft a remix and incorporate Williams and his musical addition.

With major outlets, celebrities and companies including the likes of Genius, Oscar Award-winning actress Viola Davis, and Patreon, sharing and featuring Iniko, there is no slowing down and much more on the horizon for their musical career. On Wednesday, July 20th at 7pm Iniko will headline their first solo show in collaboration with MajorStage at the iconic SOB’s located 204 Varick St, New York, NY 10014. Independent singer-songwriter and 2022 APRA award winner Ziggy Alberts releases a new single, ‘CAMPFIRE’ from his forthcoming November album ‘DANCING IN THE DARK’. In his classic ‘Ziggy’ charm, this uplifting track is a melodic reminder that you can “light up the campfire” and rise above it all through any time of darkness.

Ziggy explains, ‘CAMPFIRE’“is one of the crowning achievements of my upcoming album because of the minimalist approach to the production. It has a beautiful blend of old and new; a foot to the floor, with coastal folk banjo and Latin-inspired nylon guitar counter melodies… It’s got this warm sentiment that I think all listeners from the past and now will be able to relate to and enjoy”.

Emerging pop singer-songwriter Alexa Capelli, who MTV hailed as a “voice of a generation,” is back with the music video for her new single “Could’ve Just Left Me Alone.”

Released in May 2022, Alexa’s heartbreak anthem, “Could’ve Just Left Me Alone,” instantly resonated with listeners, amassing over 9.8 million streams and counting. The song also marked the first taste of new music to be released via her new label home Arista Records.

Alexa adds, ‘“Could’ve Just Left Me Alone’ is a song about realizing how much energy was spent on the ways you were treated in a relationship, friendship, or anything like it, when that person really could’ve just not.”

Directed by Lisa Eaton, with creative direction and management by Mutuals Agency, and produced by Isabelle Jones, the music video chronicles the ups and downs of a toxic relationship. The track, and accompanying visual, spread a defiant and empowering message that it’s okay to walk away from relationships that no longer serve you.

Bristol Records is pleased to the EP release of “TRIKETRA: Mind” from Saskatoon-based pop-rock band The Steadies. Distributed by The Orchard via CDX Nashville, the EP arrives on all digital streaming platforms today (July 29th).

Inspired by the Latin word “Triquetra”, which means three interconnected parts, “TRIKETRA: Mind” is the first of three EPs from The Steadies that will form an entire album. Each EP will have its own distinct theme and tantalizing sampling of standalone tracks.

Earl Pereira – the frontman of The Steadies – says, “We chose ‘Mind’ as the first chapter of ‘TRIKETRA’ because we wanted to explore the mental and emotional aspects of the human experience.”

Besides their newly-released upbeat summer single “Can’t Stop Dancin’”, the EP boasts 4 more singles: the love-soaked ska-soul-rock tune “528”, the mental health-focused reggae-dub-rock track “Comin’ Around”, the heartfelt surf-rock effort “Summer Never Says Goodbye”, and the 2021 pop-reggae jam, “Light Me Up”.

A Juno-nominated, WCMA Award-winning music veteran who opened for The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Alanis Morissette, and The Tragically Hip as a co-founder of the Canadian rock band Wide Mouth Mason, Pereira has guided The Steadies through four albums, international tours, and a record deal with Bristol Records, while persevering through the 2017 passing of bandmate Justin Lee and the COVID-19 pandemic.

With “TRIKETRA: Mind”, The Steadies are poised for an ambitious musical roll-out that will reinforce their love and passion for genuine human connection through different musical themes.

Pereira says, “We hope this collection of new songs brings much joy, hope, love and comfort to everyone who listens to it. This EP has a bit of everything for people to connect with – from feel-good dance grooves to catchy fun singable melodies and deeper lyrical content which touches upon dealing with mental health and losing those close to you. After living through these past 2 plus years of darkness, we hope our new release will be the perfect gateway to a new golden era of music.”

Turning up with yet another rowdy banger, rapper, singer, and phenomenon Unghetto Mathieu unveils the music video for “SUNS. Watch the music video HERE. SUNS brings the energy like no other and serves as the second video release from his latest mixtape Happy Trap, out now via Honorable Bizness/Epic Records. Listen to it Happy TrapHERE.

Right out of the gate, Happy Trap piled up over 50 million streams and counting. He has also continued to garner critical acclaim. Bleu Magazine declared, “the Atlanta native brings a different perspective to trap music, and Hits Daily Double christened him “an energizing force in hip-hop.

I want to share with you my new synthpop love song, ‘Paradise Forever

Written by Erica Knox, and produced by Tal Vaisman, it is now available on all streaming platforms.

‘Paradise Forever‘ is the perfect summer song for a late night drive, stroll down the beach, or watching the sunset with the one you love. The repetition of the analog synth beat throughout the song mimics a heartbeat racing with anticipation, waiting for the fireworks to erupt, which you’ll hear happen during the second pre-chorus onward.

This song was a late addition to my release plan, writing it only weeks before recording, but everything in me wanted to create an energetic, yet chill, pop song surrounding the best parts of being in love in the summer. It also lives in a bit of a different realm from my last single, ‘Make Me Happy‘, released June 3rd, and I was drawn to showcase more sides to my work, both lyrically and sonically.

‘Paradise Forever‘ is for listeners who love life, love love, and crave celebrating it.

Thanks so much for your time!

Erica Knox
