The movie, titled ’48 Hours In Vegas’, will tell the story of Rodman’s two-day trip to Las Vegas in the middle of the 1998 NBA Finals. During the Chicago Bulls run for a 6th title, Rodman and the Chicago Bulls assistant GM went to Vegas. Head coach Phil Jackson granted Rodman permission to travel as a way to clear his mind. When Rodman didn’t return on time, Phil Jackson and Michael Jordan traveled to Nevada to retrieve him themselves.
