Tom Hiddleston, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Karen Gillan To Lead Adaptation of Stephen King Horror ‘The Life of Chuck’

Deadline reports that Chiwetel Ejiofor and Karen Gillan have signed on to star in the upcoming film adaptation of Stephen King‘s short horror story The Life of Chuck. They’ll join Tom Hiddleston and Mark Hamill in the lead. The movie hails from Mike Flanagan.

Flanagan, is best known for his work on Netflix shows like The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and The Fall of the House of Usher. The adaptation will be written and produced by Flanagan.

“The film examines the existence of its subject Charles Krantz in reverse, beginning with his death aged 39 from a brain tumor and ending with his childhood in a house believed to be haunted,” reads the synopsis.
