Olivia Rodrigo – “Get Him Back!”: “Get Him Back!” is a song by American singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo taken from her second studio album, Guts. Rodrigo wrote it with Dan Nigro, who co-produced it with Alexander 23 and Ian Kirkpatrick. The song was sent to Italian radio as the album’s third single on September 15, 2023. “Get Him Back!” was inspired by Rodrigo’s tendency to enter into her relationships due to people’s expectations and details both her desire to return to her ex and get vengeance on him. Some critics picked the song as a standout.
Dehd – “Loner”: Lead single “Loner” examines Emily Kempf’s period of self-focus and isolation, following the band’s touring: “Play it right boy, play for keeps // I’m the right kind, play for me // I’ve had enough of each other // Want nothing more than to be a loner.” “Loner” is a declaration; Kempf’s vocals are vibrant, backed up spirited guitar and a pulsing drum beat.
Video for ‘Loner’ was directed by Ryan Hart and Emily Kempf, features Alex Grelle, Sarah Squirm, and Noelia Towers. It was shot on location in Joshua Tree and at Chicago’s beloved The Hideout.

NOTD, Lou Elliotte – “Honest”: They’ve amassed billions of streams, NOTD is no stranger to writing tracks that resonate around the world. For their recent release, they bring on singer/ songwriter and Swedish Idol star Lou Elliotte to contribute to the infectious single.
The Chainsmokers, 347aidan – “Up & Down”: Returning to their roots of collaborating with more underground artists to make indie-influenced EDM-pop, “Up & Down” is the first single off of The Chainsmokers’ fifth studio album, featuring Canadian alt-pop star, 347aidan. I’m a huge fan of the Chainsmokers and this is exactly the reason why.
Zayn – “Love Like This”: “Love Like This” is a song by English singer-songwriter Zayn. It was released as the lead single from his fourth studio album on 21 July 2023 through Mercury and Republic Records. Zayn wrote the song with producers Jon Bellion and the Monsters & Strangerz.
Little Girl Gone – “CHINCHILLA”: CHINCHILLA has released breakthrough single ‘Little Girl Gone’. Since its release, ‘Little Girl Gone’ has racked up over 200 million streams and 14 million combined video views, with CHINCHILLA becoming the first UK female soloist ever to top Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart.
Florence + The Machine – “Dog Days Are Over”: Florence Welch told CultureDeluxe that most of the sounds on this song, “came from a tiny Yamaha keyboard.” Also the percussion sound was “hands on the wall while hitting a drum underneath it at the same time and the beat was really accidental.” She added to BBC Newsbeat: “It was just a song that I did at my friend’s studio in Crystal Palace [south London]. We didn’t have any instruments and we were in a studio the size of a loo.”
Why Don’t We – “Be Myself”: “Be Myself” is the fourth track from Why Don’t We’s sophomore album, The Good Times and The Bad Ones. It was penned by Daniel Seavey, about anxiety, which was mostly based on him and Jack Avery’s personal experiences.
