Andra Day has officially joined the cast of Bradley Cooper’s Is This Thing On? This is the new movie from Cooper, this being his third feature film directorial effort following A Star Is Born and Maestro. Cooper will star in the movie in a supporting alongside Will Arnett, Sean Hayes, and Laura Dern.
So what is this movie about? Is This Thing On? focuses on a character named Alex, played by Arnett, who is facing an impending divorce from his wife, Tess, played by Dern. “As their marriage quietly unravels, Alex seeks new purpose in the New York comedy scene while Tess confronts the sacrifices she made for their family — forcing them to navigate co-parenting, identity, and whether love can take a new form,” the logline reads.
The film is written by Arnett and Mark Chappell, and will be produced by Arnett and Cooper.
