The Horror Section has revealed the main cast for Eli Roth’s latest horror film, titled Ice Cream Man. Additionally, the first official poster has been released, showcasing Orphan Black star Ari Millen in the chilling role of the titular character.
“I couldn’t be more excited about the incredible cast we’ve assembled for Ice Cream Man,” Roth stated. “It’s surreal to see an idea I’ve had for over twenty years come to life—and with this talented group, we’re delivering a horror experience that’s as terrifying as I’ve always envisioned.”
Alongside Millen, the cast includes Benjamin Byron Davis (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3), Dylan Hawco (Heartland), Sarah Abbott (Black Mirror), Kiori Mirza Waldman, and Charlie Zeltzer (The Handmaid’s Tale). The film also features Shiloh O’Reilly, Karen Cliche, and Charlie Storey from Thanksgiving. Roth himself appears in the film as well, serving as a producer.

The story centers on a picture-perfect summer town that spirals into chaos when an ice cream man begins offering children sweet treats with horrifying consequences. Roth co-wrote the screenplay with Noah Belson. The film is produced by Kevin Frakes, Connor DiGregorio, Eli Massillon, and Lorenzo Antonucci from MCT, alongside Jon Schnaars and Holly Adams from The Horror Section. Media Capital Technologies’ Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh, along with Kate Harrison of Cream Productions, are also producing.
The soundtrack will feature music by Emmy Award-winning composer Brandon Roberts, with additional tracks by Snoop Dogg. The film’s horrifying prosthetic makeup effects are crafted by Steve Newburn and Adrien Morot.
