Global K-pop group MEOVV — SOOIN, GAWON, ANNA, NARIN and ELLA — are entering a new chapter with the release of their highly anticipated single album, GO HARD, out now via THEBLACKLABEL and Capitol Records. Accompanying the release is the official music video for the title track, bringing the group’s latest musical vision to life through a powerful coming-of-age narrative.
Featuring two tracks, “GO HARD” and “Indestructible,” the single album explores the complexities of growing up, embracing vulnerability and finding the courage to move forward in the face of uncertainty. Through their signature sound, MEOVV delivers a message of resilience and self-belief, encouraging listeners to trust their instincts and forge their own paths.
At the heart of the project is the idea that confidence does not mean being fearless. Rather, it is about learning to navigate life’s challenges, overcoming self-doubt and continuing to move forward, even when the way ahead feels uncertain.
“We’re strong, confident, and cool, but we also have moments when we feel vulnerable or face challenges,” ELLA shared. “We want MEOVV to be a group that embraces both the highs and lows of life, so our fans can truly relate to our music and feel a genuine connection with us. We hope our songs can touch their hearts.”
The title track, “GO HARD,” captures the intensity of youth through powerful beats, melodic vocals and an unapologetic sense of confidence. Balancing emotional depth with an upbeat, energetic sound, the track becomes an anthem for those learning to trust themselves and stand firm in their individuality, even when doubt begins to creep in.
Its official music video expands on these themes through a cinematic coming-of-age story. Opening in an institutional setting that reflects the pressures and expectations often associated with growing up, the visual follows MEOVV as they break free from their surroundings to reclaim their freedom, individuality and self-expression. The result is a visual representation of the group’s central message: finding your voice means having the courage to define yourself on your own terms.
The album’s second track, “Indestructible,” takes a more reflective approach, exploring the process of rebuilding after heartbreak and discovering strength in the aftermath. While “GO HARD” channels the boldness of moving forward, “Indestructible” highlights the resilience required to heal, grow and emerge stronger from difficult experiences. Together, the two tracks offer complementary perspectives on self-discovery, underscoring the idea that personal growth often comes from embracing both vulnerability and strength.
Adding a more personal dimension to the release, NARIN, GAWON, ELLA and ANNA contributed to the songwriting across “GO HARD” and “Indestructible.” Their involvement brings their own perspectives to the project’s themes of growing up, resilience and self-discovery, further connecting the music to the experiences and emotions MEOVV hopes to share with their listeners.
Since their debut, MEOVV has continued to build momentum as an emerging force on the global K-pop scene. GO HARD follows the group’s previous EP, BITE NOW, which debuted at No. 7 on Billboard’s World Albums chart and No. 26 on the Top Album Sales chart, while achieving the group’s biggest first-week sales to date.
With GO HARD, MEOVV builds on that progress while revealing another side of their musical identity. More than a showcase of their evolving sound, the two-track release serves as a message of encouragement to a generation navigating uncertainty, change and the journey towards self-acceptance.
Through bold sonic choices and themes grounded in real-life emotions, MEOVV reminds listeners that growing up is not about having everything figured out. It is about embracing every version of yourself, finding strength in the difficult moments and having the courage to keep going.
