First up heading to Amazon Prime June 17, Lionsgate Studios have released the trailer for it’s brand new rom-com ‘My Fake Boyfriend’, starring Keiynan Lonsdale. Along with Lonsdale, the movie will feature Dylan Sprouse and Sarah Hyland.
“Andrew has a major problem: He can’t stay away from the toxic boyfriend who just dumped him,” reads the synopsis. “His meddling friends decide to help him by creating ‘Cristiano,’ a perfect fake boyfriend on social media. Problem solved, right? Wrong! As Cristiano goes viral and becomes a worldwide sensation, Andrew meets his real-life dream guy, Rafi, a charming restaurant owner. Now, Andrew must find a way to put an end to the fake fling, evade his jealous ex, and win Rafi’s heart in this fun and hilarious comedy about the crazy things we do for love.”
Next up Chris Pratt and Constance Wu star in Amazon’s latest action film ‘The Terminal List’ scheduled to make its Prime Video debut on July 1.
“It follows James Reece after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission,” reads the synopsis. “Reece returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. However, as new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him, endangering not only his life, but the lives of those he loves.”
