Apple TV has unveiled the official trailer for Brothers, an upcoming comedy series starring longtime friends Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson. The new footage teases a wild mix of family drama, absurd humor, and heartfelt moments as the two actors take viewers on an unexpected adventure.
Brothers will premiere on Apple TV on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with its first two episodes. The remaining six episodes of the first season will be released weekly on Wednesdays.
In the series, McConaughey and Harrelson play fictionalized versions of themselves. The pair also serve as creators alongside Lee Eisenberg and David West Read.
The story follows the two longtime friends as they decide to move in together with their families at McConaughey’s Texas ranch. However, their unconventional living arrangement takes an unexpected turn when they begin investigating a buried family secret that could reveal they are actually biological brothers.
