REGENT have announced the latest of their fruitful offerings… LET’S GO OUT
Reminiscent of hazy nightlife and the romance that can spark from it, Let’s Go Out is the ferocious new offering from Southampton rockers REGENT. Beginning with thundering drums and powerful guitar riffs, the track doesn’t hold back in its velocity, making for a release that grabs you instantly, and kicks off 2022 in style.
“The track is about falling in love with a woman and wanting to take her out and show her the goodlife,” says the band’s frontman Ben Rooke. We recorded the track in The Patrick House studios in Millbrook Southampton. It’s a brand-new studio, and I’ve known the recording engineer for years, so it felt right to record there!”
The single comes at a crucial time in the band’s history. With their music being featured on Sky Sports Darts, across the Premier League and Wolves F.C promotional material, the group’s success has continued to skyrocket. This powerful new offering only ensures their continued growth, coming with enough depth, dynamism, and energy to see them to the very top.

My new single, “Marsupial,“ is about how you can be so closely bound to someone and show them the ways of life, only for them to just leave and betray you.
The lyrics are taken from a poem of the same name by my good friend, Leonard Corcuera, reinterpreted to explore how a close relationship that is bound like the relationship between a mother and child can evolve into something harmful.
“Marsupial“ captures a longing for something you once had, translated through dark and melancholy instrumentation and vocals.
We shot the song’s music video in the Bucegi Mountains of central Romania to capture the loneliness of this track. You feel so small among the mountains and plateaus of this place, which is incredibly beautiful yet isn’t well known globally.
I hope that you find both comfort and catharsis through listening.

Cloe is starting 2022 off strong with the release of her new single “We’re Not Special,” co-written by her and produced by Sam Nicolosi. Cloe has mastered her natural talent and continues to write earthy and melancholic songs while maintaining relatability. Cloe discovered her love of music at a very young age and began to thrive when she started taking piano lessons at four years old. She now has learned how to play the guitar as well. Cloe is incredibly hands-on in terms of her vocals when writing songs and has found a vibe that really works for her. Her voice is beyond her years and she has been able to show the passion she holds for creating music on her YouTube channel.
More recently, Cloe released her debut EP Teenage Lullabies, which featured the single “I Wanna Be Alone With You,” co-written and produced by Sam Nicolosi. In 2020, she premiered the song “Crying When I Shouldn’t,” mixed and mastered by Grammy Award winners Rob Kinelski and John Greenham (Billie Eilish), and co-written and produced by Eric Scullin (John K., RZA). And that same year, she also released another single, “You & Lonely,” co-written by Cloe and produced by Jayme Silverstein (Alicia Keys, Miguel, Estelle).
Cloe’s much anticipated single “We’re Not Special” is now available on all major streaming platforms. Currently, she is working on a new album, which is slated for release later this year.
DBMK – the Nashville-based alt-pop project of Kyle Knudsen (vocals) and Colton Ward (drums) – share their new single “Chains.” Variance Magazine premiered the new track, calling it “a welcome listen at the start of a year with plenty of possibility.”On “Chains,” DBMK deliver a message of hope for a generation who feel like the weight of the world is on their shoulders. “We’re a generation facing what feels like another apocalypse at the start of every day and live on the cliche ‘we’re here not for a long time, but a good time,’” the duo explain. “But while this may be true, we don’t have to spend that time alone and we can even dress up and make it a party along the way.” Delivering brutal honesty through driving drums and soaring vocals, DBMK find a way to turn the truth into something you can sing along to without fear. DBMK constantly push the boundaries of their eclectic alt-pop sound, crafting songs that explore the complex layers of the human experience — change, love, loss, joy, misery, triumph, disappointment — with compassion and curiosity. With support from their dedicated fanbase – the “KULT” – DBMK have quickly emerged as one of the most exciting alt-pop projects out there. They’ve sold out numerous shows in their home state of Florida and have managed their own DIY tours all across the country. Despite the touring limitations of 2020/2021, the now Nashville-based duo persevered and released a 6-track EP titled ‘Jump in the Dark.’ The EP performed impressive streaming numbers, reaching new audiences and resonating with their longtime fanbase. “Chains” arrives on the heels of “Tough,” DBMK’s infectious 2021 single that addressed the frustrations of feeling stuck in life. With tastemakers like Ones To Watch and idobi Radio already showing the band love, DBMK are ready to step into the next era of their ever-evolving and genre-defying sound.
