Denton, TX five-piece my point of you are excited to share their debut EP, This is my first heist, available everywhere via Houston’s Rite Field Records. Melodies unravel across 4 songs, with mathy riffs and emo-tinged vocals to match.

“Each song on the EP has its own unique personality. We drew inspiration from our own lives to create lyrics and instrumentation that are both real and emotional,” says my point of you. “We didn’t expect it to turn out this way, but we’re really proud of it. Our writing style is all about being honest and true to ourselves, exploring emotions and ideas that are close to our hearts, like dealing with change, overcoming relationship problems, and being open and vulnerable.”

Buzzed about Country newcomer Elizabeth Nichols today releases her debut project, Tough Love, via PULSE Records. Quickly earning a reputation for clever (and often humorous) songs that offer a brutally honest take on any giving topic from relationships to societal observations, Nichols’ aptly titled Tough Love delivers an introductory taste to her artistry and biting commentary on the world around her. With “Ain’t Country,” (the first Country song Nichols ever wrote), she takes a shot at wannabe Country boys while “Bible Belt” tackles contradictory Christians.

Grammy-nominated rock band I Prevail releases the new single “Into Hell” via Fearless Records. The track premiered on SiriusXM Octane yesterday, and today they release an enthralling and cinematic music video to accompany it.

Los Angeles based funk collective The Big Ol’ Nasty Getdown is back and breaking boundaries once again with their electrifying new single, “Wrong Side of the Law” out now alongside a powerhouse music video.

In true Getdown fashion, the track is a genre bending, groove fueled collaboration that unites an unlikely but thrilling handpicked cast of pure talent.

Ellen Alaverdyan, the 13 year old bass savant (11 at the time of recording) whose prodigious talent has earned her millions followers brings a thunderous tone and youthful glow, along with celebrated Croatian rock vocalist Dino Jelusick (Whitesnake, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Kenny Aronoff, the legendary drummer behind the beats for John Mellencamp, Smashing Pumpkins, guitarist Hovak Alaverdyan (Octovision) contributes blazing riffs while Armenian keyboardist Ara Torosyan delivers atmospheric brilliance with a modern edge.

Award-winning singer/songwriter Erin Lunsford, known for her powerhouse vocals and dynamic presence as the frontwoman of indie-pop/soul band Erin & The Wildfire, is stepping into the solo spotlight with her deeply personal new single, “Watch Out For Deer.” The homesick Appalachian love song that captures the bittersweet ache of leaving home and the quiet tenderness of Southern goodbyes.

Hide and Shine are thrilled to unveil their sophomore album The Red Core, out today.  Hide and Shine explore themes of interdimensional existence, the power of transformation, and the ability to tune into oneself while tuning out the extraneous noise.

Over the course of two albums, the band has crafted a distinctive sound by blending a wide range of influences into something uniquely their own. The first attempt to describe Hide and Shine’s music resulted in a tongue-in-cheek label: “An Art Death Indie Post-Punk Country Rock Alternative.” Fortunately, various record store staff proved more helpful, drawing comparisons that placed the band somewhere between the raw, literary punk of The Replacements, the ferocious sweetness of Dinosaur Jr., and the brooding introspection of Radiohead, with clear nods to grunge, classic metal, country, and rock.

“Our sound is more than just a reflection of what we listen to. It includes the people and experiences that are absorbed along the way.”

soulful and charismatic DJ and producer HoneyLuv, enlists Detroit’s own Seth Troxler to help bring forth a truly titillating track, “Sex & The City ft. Paul Johnson (TB-203 Remix).” Asking the questions on everyone’s mind, the sensually seductive tech house track officially arrives on Friday, June 20, 2025. Opening with a simple question, “Sex & The City ft. Paul Johnson (TB-203 Remix),” quickly turns into a pearl-cluthing profession of lust and desire. Sampling Paul Johnson’s risqué lyrics from his 1998 track “So Much,” 80’s-style synths dominate the remix as bass bumps throughout. While the track’s suggestive conversation might pique your interest, it’s Honeyluv’s driving bass and intoxicating rhythms that are impossible to resist. Playing off of each other’s creative energies, Honeyluv and Troxler achieve the ultimate, timeless, dancefloor classic. With teasers receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from party-goers, the official is set to be a smash.

This is the new single from unique singer-songwriter, Eddy Lee Ryder. After releasing her first full-length album, Sweet Delusions, in late 2024, Ryder wanted to give her brain a break from writing, but an encounter with a neighbor changed her mind.

Ryder was sitting at the beloved Woodstock, NY restaurant, The Red Onion, when someone asked if she was leaving (so they could take her seat). Ryder said no, but that she thought another woman may be. That woman, who looked to be around 70, turned and said, “Honey, I’m just getting started.” Her name was Rose, and throughout the rest of the evening, she regaled Ryder with stories of her four boyfriends, ages 31 – 74. It turned out that the youngest had previously asked Ryder on a date. Rose suggested sharing, but Ryder declined.

“We talked until they turned off the lights of the restaurant,” Ryder recalls. “And the song ‘Rose’ was born.”

Ryder was inspired to write a collection of songs about the colorful characters in/around Woodstock, and “Rose,” is the first from that collection.

Millpool aren’t just another guitar band. Channelling the intricate, driving grooves of Slint, the hard-blowing saxophone melodies of Shabaka Hutchings and yearning, full-throated vocals of Title Fight, the London-based group prepare to unleash their frantic debut single ‘High Speed Pursuit’ via XVI Records. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Misha Hering (known for his work with High Vis, Virginia Wing & more)  at Holy Mountain Studios ‘High Speed Pursuit’ captures a creative ferocity, driven by the band’s high-energy live show.

Now just a few days away from the release of their debut album as I watch my life online (out this Friday via Epitaph), late night drive home today releases one more single titled “day 2.” A little reprieve from the digital doldrums of living their entire existence in the shadow of the internet, the new offering is upbeat and late-night dance-floor ready. “day 2” chronicles meeting up with a person in real life and spending some time away from your phone. Simple as it may seem, our minds are hardwired differently in the modern age when it comes to looking for love — Stream / Watch the official video.

Singer Andre Portillo shared that today’s release is about, “The waking from a long, emotional slumber that drags you from habituated responses to self-awareness in the modern age of online dating and hookup culture. The discovery of one person that changes your perception of what it’s like to be loved.”
