HYBE and Geffen Records Reveal Contestants for the Upcoming Global Girl Group Project ‘The Final Piece’
The highly anticipated debut competition to form the next global girl group under HYBE and Geffen Records is nearing its start, with the lineup of contestants now being unveiled.

Since August 25 EST, the two labels have been gradually introducing the participants competing in this new project, formerly known as ‘The Final Piece.’ The series, titled ‘Prelude: The Final Piece,’ began with the reveal of the first contestant, Emily Kelavos, on August 25. This was followed by the introductions of Samara Siqueira on August 26 and Lexie Levin on August 27.
In addition, earlier this month, HYBE and Geffen held auditions across Japan called ‘World Scout: The Final Piece,’ aimed at selecting Japanese contestants to participate in the competition.

The chosen contestants will undergo intensive K-Pop training in the United States from October to December. Following this, they will enter a survival training camp, which will be broadcast as a competitive reality show. The final lineup of members will debut as a global girl group co-produced by HYBE and Geffen Records.
Fans eager to see if this new group will rise to the fame of KATSEA can tune in to watch ‘The Final Piece,’ scheduled to air in spring 2026.
