• VALÉ shares empowering Latin pop anthem “fuk it up,” alongside a visualizer created by Ron Dadon (Grace VanderWaal, Zendaya). The track fuses the dark edge of Latin pop with moody, electronic production.
• “The initial idea for ‘fuk it up’ started in my home in Barranquilla during the holidays. I thought it’d be cool to make a song inspired by me saying that so often. Whenever I like something…’fuck it up!!’ when I think something is good..’fuck it up!’ I finished writing it just about a really dope and empowering night out. I definitely say ‘fuck it up’ to this track.” – VALÉ
• VALÉ is currently on the road as direct support for Between Friends on their WOW! TOUR!, wrapping up later this month, with the final show at Echoplex in Los Angeles on October 30th.

MORGAN MYLES
“Naughty List Blues”/”Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”
• Morgan Myles shares “Naughty List Blues,” a new, original holiday track that reflects on how heavy and divided the world feels right now while still holding onto hope for goodwill and connection.
• “In a time when anger and judgment overshadow kindness, it’s easy to feel like you’re carrying coal instead of joy – even when all you’ve tried to do is spread cheer. The song uses Santa as a symbol of someone who once gave endlessly and loved freely, but now faces a world that’s colder than he imagined.” – Morgan Myles
• Released alongside her cover of Brenda Lee’s classic “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” the two tracks balance the ache and warmth of the season, offering a sense of optimism in challenging times.

Platinum-selling singer-songwriter Em Beihold drops an alternately cozy and catchy new single entitled ‘Scared of the Dark,’out now on all streaming platforms via Island EMI, unfolding yet another facet of her ever-expanding creative world. Listen HERE.
As if flipping a switch, the song builds from vulnerable verses into a vibrant refrain spiked with an up-tempo rhythm and strutting bassline. Piano blinks through a steady rhythm, and Em makes a confession on the hook, “I’m scared of the dark and my co-dependent heart. What made that noise, was itaghost? No,Ican’tbealone.”It has all the makings of an open-hearted and identifiable signature anthem from the songstress.
Regarding the song, she said, “I wrote‘ScaredoftheDark’whenIwasinarelationshipwhere my gut knew it wasn’t right, but I loved the person so deeply itmadeithardtoleave.Iwasina very emotional period of my life and the co-dependency overpowered what I knewwasthe best for me.”
It landed in the wake of her most introspective release yet ‘Brutus.’The latter has already generated over 13 million global streams and 2.2 million YouTube views on the official music video. ‘Brutus’built on the lyrical intimacy of Em’s previous hits like ‘Numb Little Bug,’continuing her streak of turning complex emotions into songs that resonate across generations.

Unlike most living things that lean toward the sun for growth, The Spikes’ latest collection of songs have been harvested in the dark. The growth comes from a poetic process—creating its own life source and a metamorphosis of interpretation. Their LP First Light is steeped in tension, instinct, and emotional residue. Across eight tracks, it moves with quiet force, drifting through fragments of memory, romantic collapse, and strange, half-lit beauty. At its heart is the focus track and music video, “Garden Song,” a ballad that captures the rare comfort found in someone else’s arms. This isn’t a record polished for perfection—it leans into the cracks, the atmosphere, and the spaces in between.

Violet Orlandi is a Brazilian singer/songwriter, known for her haunting vocals and emotionally charged soundscapes. Blending elements of rock, metal, and cinematic alternative music, her work delves into vulnerability, darkness, and transformation — always with raw honesty and magnetic intensity.
Born and raised in São Paulo, Violet first gained international recognition through her strikingly atmospheric covers on YouTube, amassing over 1.2 million subscribers and millions of views. Yet her true passion has always been original music, and her new album Birdeater marks her boldest creative leap to date — a visceral, cinematic journey that traces her evolution as both an artist and a person.
Produced by her husband and creative partner Ricardo Gifford, Birdeater rejects the hyper-edited polish of modern production in favor of performance-driven authenticity. Recorded with live instrumentation and minimal post-processing, the album celebrates imperfection, texture, and human emotion. “We weren’t looking for perfection,” Violet says. “We were looking for rawness and authenticity.”
Infused with her lifelong love of cinema, Birdeater draws inspiration from cult films like The Exorcist, Hellraiser, and Alice in Wonderland, weaving their surreal, unsettling energy into deeply personal storytelling. Many of the songs were written alone in her bedroom, with movies flickering in the background — each track unfolding like a scene in a psychological film.
Beyond its sonic ambition, Birdeater is an album about reclaiming power and choice in the face of pain. “Life can bring so much suffering,” Violet reflects, “but in the end, it’s up to you to decide how you’ll react — which path you’ll take. The last line of Birdeater is ‘this prison cell has a wide open door,’ and that’s what it’s all about.”
Violet Orlandi’s artistry stands as a quiet yet commanding force — cinematic, introspective, and fearless in its pursuit of truth.

Halifax indie-emo band Customer Service make soul-crushing moments feel strangely magnetic––all while channeling bands like The Promise Ring and Modern Baseball equally. Their new EP, If You’re Here, You Must Be Fine, out today via Royal Mountain Records (Mac DeMarco, PUP), was produced by longtime collaborator Owen Williams (SleepShaker, Neon Dreams), and mixed/mastered by Billy Mannino (oso oso, Macseal). It rings with a crispness and punch that perfectly complements its introspective core. Based in a city that feels both like a remote corner of the world and the center of something extraordinary, Customer Service has quickly become one of Canada’s hardest working young bands––playing over 100 shows a year and recently named one of Exclaim!’s best new artists.
MOBO-nominated artist JBEE joins forces with East London’s stand out talent KidWild for his latest release, “If I Lose,” dropping on the 31st of October.
Cinematic, nostalgic synths and syncopated production set the stage for KidWild and JBEE to deliver their distinctive, rhythmic flows, a seamless blend of reflection and raw emotion. The production moves with an undercurrent of tension and hope, providing the perfect backdrop for the two artists as they trade verses that question life’s purpose and the struggle to stay grounded through adversity. “I had a dream, but I was awake, I wanna sleep, I toss and turn all night. Why can’t I rest in peace? They think that my life’s sweet, but it ain’t what it seems,” raps JBEE, capturing the restless mindset of a generation navigating pressure and perception.
Speaking on the track, JBEE tells us: “If I Lose is my brand new single featuring KidWild, a good friend and previous collaborator. Us working together happened naturally as our styles align perfectly and with both of us at similar stages in our careers this collab made sense, so we gave the fans what they wanted. The track is packed with raw emotion with us both telling our own story/version of never giving up and fulfilling our dreams whilst defying the odds.”

Cleveland, OH-based alt/psych-pop artists Radderall and Muzzy Fossa share their collaborative concept album The Club Is Open out now via Wax Mage Records alongside disco/psych track “Duplicity Life” and its spirited video. With the cerebral, gilded project, the duo seamlessly blur the line between irony and sincerity through expansive production and dynamic storytelling. The Radderall Live Band will tour around the Midwest and East Coast next month, find tickets here.
The texturally rich, neon-lit record, The Club Is Open is a conceptual journey built around a story of duality, and the search for a mythical venue called The Club: two characters navigating the tension between chasing short-term dopamine—through vanity, fleeting love, or ego—and pursuing something meaningful, like real love, honest connections, friendship, and self-discovery. Utilizing the naming convention R.A.M. (Radderall & Muzzy Fossa), the album frames a narrative of resilience and growth—symbolizing resurrection, transformation, and the ability to find renewal after destruction.
Radderall (Zach Taneyhill) & Muzzy Fossa (Nathan Hunt)’s work is theatrical and ethereal yet deeply human, blending analog charm, R&B-inflected grooves, psych-pop soundscapes, and vintage synth textures into a sound that is strange, surreal, and emotionally resonant. As Taneyhill describes it, the album is “a world unto itself—a place we built so we could get lost and maybe find a little meaning in the process.”
“Duplicity Life” dives into life’s dichotomies with hazy vocals and disco-tinged dreamy production. It establishes the record’s theme, “One? Two? The Devil, or God? Life & Death. To Be, or not to Be. The dance of duality is a tightrope routine.” Taneyhill explains the song, “explores the feeling of living two different lives, socially, romantically, emotionally, sexually, and in a personal and business sense. The outcome of this personal tension, and the balance of dark and light, plays itself out on the remainder of the record.”

Amand returns to All Day I Dream alongside Belgian newcomer Capoon for their collaborative two-track OuvertureEP out now. The release arrives with a bonus remix from Israeli producer/DJ Khen.
Guided by a shared sense of musical storytelling, Amand and Capoon find common ground in organic instrumentation and cinematic rhythm. Across its two movements, Ouverture unfolds like a passage through dusk and dawn—part meditative, part ascendant. The title track’s first part opens in a space of gentle introspection, carried by fluid percussion and softly woven synths. Its counterpart rises with quiet momentum, layering melodic phrasing, captivating vocals, and subtle rhythmic tension into a transportive finale. It’s a delicate and dreamy 12-minute journey that encapsulates the wondrous imagination of All Day I Dream curation.
Khen’s remix expands the emotional arc further, blending the original’s warmth with his signature precision and dynamic melodic control. The result feels both grounded and dreamlike, aligning seamlessly with the label’s ethos of soulful progression and timeless sound design.

Dance music powerhouse GRYFFIN, rising producer LAVERN, and electro-pop duo AR/CO have dropped two new remixes and the acoustic version of their collaborative single ‘Higher Power’ out now via 10K Projects.
Originally released in July, ‘Higher Power’ combined GRYFFIN’s anthemic signature with LAVERN’s progressive style and AR/CO’s emotional vocals, creating a track that pulses with dancefloor energy. The new remix package reimagines the single through three distinct perspectives.
French producer Matt Sassari delivers a driving deep-tech rework, building hypnotic tension and groove throughout. Orlando-based DJ AVELLO adds a high-impact, festival-ready spin with powerful synth layers and rumbling basslines. Rounding out the release, the acoustic version strips back the production to highlight the song’s captivating lyricism and melodic depth.
