Southern California-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ehson Hashemian today releases his new single, “Are You Ready,” a high energy, beat driven track built for late night dance floors. Packed with pulsing synths, hypnotic rhythms, and nonstop euphoric momentum, the song marks Ehson’s latest foray into infectious, dance-ready indie-electronic music.
Ehson shares, “‘Are You Ready’ is about pumping yourself up to get into the groove, either to dance, work out, or just enjoy some techno music. I randomly thought of the techno bass line and wanted to write an over-the-top, uplifting, techno song. It is meant to feel like going on a ride at an amusement park, just fun and simple.”

the Central Massachusetts emo outfit Good Sleepy has released a new high-energy single “ZZZ.” This is their second single off their upcoming sophomore LP CONSTANT HUMMING set for release on February 13th, 2026.

Berlin via Milwaukee indie pop/folk singer-songwriter Queen Quail shares her resonant debut EP, Narcissus, out now. Through six stirring tracks, the musician explores the nuances of longing, identity, philosophy and the search of home over sweeping production and emotive vocals.
Alongside the full EP is “Grace,” a gentle, self-compassionate track. Queen Quail shares, “I wrote Grace while sitting with some regret about choices I made in my twenties, almost mourning lost time. It’s also a moment of recognition of my own agency.”

Rising indie-alternative artist isitjosh returns with a heartfelt new music video for “joshville Pt. 2” from his debut album A Collection of Short Stories About the Heart that dropped earlier this year.

Seven-time Grammy® award-winner Paul Winter’s new album, Horn of Plenty, is out today, in time for Thanksgiving. Showcasing the soprano sax of Paul Winter with the Paul Winter Consort, the album features special guests from Brazil, Russia, Ireland, Romania, and Armenia, along with the voices of Dolphin, Wood Thrush, Blue Whale, and Timber Wolf.
The Paul Winter Consort will present the concert premiere of Horn of Plenty in their first-ever Thanksgiving celebration at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, 1047 Amsterdam Ave., NYC, at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
The Paul Winter Consort will also bring the music of their legendary Winter Solstice Celebration to eight favorite acoustic venues in New England and New York State this December.
The genesis of Horn of Plenty was a request from NPR to create a new radio hour celebrating Thanksgiving. The traditional symbol of Thanksgiving – the cornucopia – gave Winter his theme: the “horn of plenty,” which symbolizes the abundance of life. When the “Horn of Plenty” program aired on NPR on Thanksgiving Day 2024, Winter was inspired to expand the musical repertoire of the program into an album by the same title.
Winter has always thought of his instrument, the soprano sax, as a “horn.”

Santa Cruz, CA-based five-piece electronic/instrumental outfit STS9 share their self-produced, lush thirteenth record Human Dream out now via 1320 Records/Symphonic with fan favorite instrumental ballad “Presence of Light.” The dynamic, boundless body of work is a culmination of the band’s 28 years together, forged from human connection and intricately ponders the possibility of transcendence through beauty and art.
STS9 will celebrate live in Los Angeles tonight and tomorrow to kick off their U.S. tour through winter 2025 and spring 2026 with several dates in Chicago, across Colorado, the east coast and more. See all dates below and find more information here.
Recorded entirely in their own studio for the first time ever, the 19 track album explores the human condition and humanity’s place within the cosmos through cinematic, dreamy production and genre-blurring sounds of funk, jazz, drum and bass and more. “The Human Dream signifies an awakening of perception from the limitations of the physical world to the infinite power of human imagination, where art and music are not just forms of expression, but pathways to the deeper truths that lie beyond the surface of our everyday lives.”
“The universe reveals itself not in grand declarations but in subtle shifts, a shadow moving across a wall, the soft gradient of dusk surrendering to night. Human Dream asks us to notice and be present with the mysteries that surround us. It is the quiet realization that we are both small and infinite, bound by gravity and yet reaching, always, toward the light.” The album offers refuge and the space to imagine a brighter, safer world.

Rising pop sensation SHAB is set to release her highly anticipated Skin & Bones EP on Friday, November 21, 2025, a powerful follow-up to her acclaimed debut album One Suitcase (originally released February 16, 2024). Known for her genre-defying sound and emotionally charged vocals, SHAB offers fans a five-track evolution of the hit single “Skin & Bones,” delivering new dimensions of the song through remix, acoustic, and extended formats.
“Skin & Bones” was written after a traumatic moment in SHAB’s life. She had just finished recording vocals in a Los Angeles studio session with Damon Sharpe when she received the devastating news that her then-partner had been critically injured in a major car accident back home in Dallas. The song captures SHAB in one of her most vulnerable yet powerful emotional states.
This release marks SHAB’s first full EP since One Suitcase, which featured fan-favorite singles like “Lipstick,” “Say It With Your Chest,” “Euphoric,” and “Dance Til You’re Free.” The new release showcases SHAB’s continued growth as a vocalist and performer, infusing modern EDM energy into her signature emotional pop balladry.
The ‘Skin & Bones’ EP includes the following versions:
- Skin & Bones (VIP)
- Skin & Bones (Damon Sharpe Remix)
- Skin & Bones (Damon Sharpe Remix Extended)
- Skin & Bones (Original Version)
- Skin & Bones (Acoustic)
The project was heavily influenced by Grammy and ASCAP award-winning DJ, producer, songwriter, and recording artist Damon Sharpe, whose work has shaped hits for global icons like Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, and Alesso. Sharpe’s visionary approach brings fresh textures to SHAB’s music while preserving the emotional depth that has earned her a loyal global following.
SHAB is fresh from concluding an autumn U.S. national tour in support of the major British pop group The Wanted, where her supporting performances won critical acclaim from reviewers and wowed audiences.
And closing out the year on a high note, SHAB will take the stage at Universal Studios Hollywood during late December as part of its holiday programming to deliver a powerful performance that will blend holiday classics with her most celebrated original songs. This Los Angeles show will cap off a standout year and sets the stage for a packed 2026, including major festival appearances, media tours, and new collaborations on the horizon.

Dutch-British singer, songwriter and composer Tessa Rose Jackson continues to foretaste her forthcoming studio album with new single ‘By Morning’, out November 28th.
Following the release of the introspective ‘Fear Bangs The Drum’, Jackson once again proves herself a storyteller to watch. This time she delivers a soft, acoustic folk song with a raw message. ‘By Morning’ explores the sensation of defeat and having to let go of your ego while being stuck in an argument with someone you love. That moment when you suddenly realise that you might be wrong and/or unreasonable, but simply too invested to back down…
“I wrote this song at exactly one of those moments during an argument with my partner”, Jackson explains. “Hot and flustered I fled upstairs to let off some steam, reached for a guitar, and ‘By Morning’ rolled out. When I came downstairs again with my tail between my legs, I played him this song. He forgave me.
We all get caught up in this messy business sometimes.. and it’s so often something so trivial that, by morning, you can barely imagine ever having cared so much.”
The accompanying video was spontaneously created during the album recordings in France by photographer and filmmaker Bibian Bingen, starring Jackson – well – Jackson’s hands:
“We were messing about, making shadow puppets on the wall as the song played and Bibian instinctively grabbed her camera. A playful little performance of creatures in the light, as impromptu as the way the song was born.”
Jackson’s third studio album, The Lighthouse, is set to be released in January 2026 – a haunting yet life-affirming reflection on ancestry and belonging. Written during a secluded period in rural France, the forthcoming album sees her stepping out from behind her acclaimed decade-long moniker Someone to embrace her own name once more. Rich with ghostly folklore, spectral folk, and cinematic alt-pop textures, the record explores themes of mortality, memory, and gratitude, ultimately shining a light on life’s most fragile and beautiful details.
“The Lighthouse felt like a beacon,” she reflects. “It’s an album that talks about death, but not in a purely dark sense. For me, it’s also about the celebration of life – embracing fears, identity, and the stories we inherit.”
Following the album, Tessa will be embarking on a new 11-date European tour, kicking off in Brighton on March 11th – full dates here:

Ananya has released her latest single, “My Darling New York,” a delicate and transformative autumn anthem that turns The Big Apple into a symbol of both freedom and fragility, as she reflects on the place that shaped and challenged her and eventually left its mark. The track unfolds like a letter to an old friend, exploring the tension between nostalgia and healing, and the confusing beauty of revisiting something that once meant everything. “My Darling New York” is now available for streaming on music platforms worldwide.
“My Darling New York” takes on a forlorn energy as it exposes Ananya’s intricacies and vulnerabilities. Near broken, the singer calls out the city’s relentless energy, torn between love and resentment for a long-lost home that reshaped her. She personifies New York as a companion that betrayed rather than loved her. The complicated love-hate relationship, underscored by a beautiful and impassioned piano flourish and Ananya’s empowering refrain, evokes a sentimental time and place for the singer, despite her feelings being slightly worsened by the megacity’s carnivorous appetite. The complicated love-hate relationship, underscored by a beautiful and impassioned piano flourish and Ananya’s empowering refrain, evokes a sentimental time and place for the singer, in spite of her feeling slightly worsened by the megacity’s carnivorous appetite. “‘My Darling New York’ is about acceptance and learning to make peace with something that once defined you, even if it hurt you,” she adds. “It’s about the beauty and ache of nostalgia, and the quiet strength that comes from letting go while still holding love for what once was.” Ananya sings, “You broke my heart, New York / Wish you’d see it but you won’t,” ushering herself away from the bustling city regardless of her urge to “make up” with the populated metropolis. Like chasing serotonin, the songwriter asks, “We were friends back then / Could we be friends again?” Inspired by the likes of Taylor Swift and Gracie Abrams, Ananya adopts a soft yet earth-shattering approach to this cut, drawing on their most remorseful records. The push and pull that the now London-based singer feels with a city she once called home echoes like a deceitful love or an unfavored vice. Produced by Patch Boshell, the song is a love letter that reflects on the highs, heartbreak, and the growth that follows.

With “Under They Skin,” Koncept sharpens his edge and delivers his most unapologetic track yet. The record is a fiery statement of confidence, control, and authenticity — the sound of an artist who knows his worth and refuses to shrink for anyone.
Written, Produced, and performed entirely by Koncept, “Under They Skin” blends hard-hitting lyricism with slick, immersive production. It’s a song that walks the line between cool composure and raw intensity — revealing how success, focus, and self-belief can rattle those watching from the sidelines.
Following “The Greatest Bounce Back” and “Put It On,” this marks the third single from Koncept’s upcoming album — Flight — a powerful body of work exploring his upbringing, change, journey, and evolution. Where the first two singles celebrated resilience and self-expression, “Under They Skin” taps into a deeper confidence: the moment when growth starts to make noise, and everyone takes notice.

record-breaking rock powerhouse The Pretty Reckless has released the official music video for “Where Are You Christmas?” from their acclaimed Christmas EP, Taylor Momsen’s Pretty Reckless Christmas, out now via Fearless Records. The nostalgic, revamped visual stars frontwoman Taylor Momsen who reclaims her iconic role as Cindy Lou Who from the 2000 film Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Warm, sentimental and full of holiday spirit, the video is a gift for longtime fans and new listeners alike. Watch HERE.
The video opens with a throwback broadcast clip of Jay Leno announcing Taylor Momsen’s appearance on The Tonight Show during the original release of Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas, ushering in a full circle moment for Taylor as she reconnects with her younger self on-screen. The visual bridges past and present – transitioning into the grittier, electrifying version of the artist that she is today. She duets with her childhood self before taking the lead, breaking into a rock-driven, reimagined version of the beloved holiday anthem, all while performing on a stage decked out in Christmas decor.
Midway through the visual, “When We Were Young” from the Christmas EP gently cuts in, offering a seamless transition before Taylor concludes with “Christmas, Why Can’t I Find You?” The video closes with her taking the stage solo in a striking bright-red Christian Siriano dress as she delivers the song’s final notes for the first time in 25 years. It’s a wholesome, fun, and beautiful tribute to Taylor’s evolution as an artist and a celebration of where The Pretty Reckless have arrived with their powerful, signature sound.

Naarm/Melbourne new wave/post-punk band Radio Free Alice are excited to share new single “Rule 31,” celebrating the recent end of a European tour which culminated in a sold-out stop at London’s Scala last week. Produced with Peter Katis [Interpol, The National] in Connecticut while touring earlier this year, “Rule 31” packs an urgency worthy of Radio Free Alice’s burgeoning reputation as a global one to watch: their venues grow bigger while their tickets become harder to come by.
“Rule 31 came about during a soundcheck whilst on tour,” frontman Noah Learmonth explains. “The bassline came first and we just built it up from there. We recorded it at Peter’s beautiful house-studio in Connecticut when we had a couple days off from shows.”
