Welcome to OutLoudCulture! By submitting your content to us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a submission.
1. General Submissions (Free Option)
– You may submit your music, announcements, tour dates, movie screenings, and interview requests for free.
– Submissions must be emailed to info@outloudculture.com.
– All free submissions will be added to our editor’s pool and reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
– While we strive to review and publish all submissions, we do not guarantee publication or a specific turnaround time.
– OutLoudCulture reserves the right to accept, reject, or edit any submission at its discretion.
2. Expedited Submission Option
– Due to high demand, we offer an Expedited Submission Option for those who require immediate review and publication.
– Expedited submissions are available through individual and bundled packages, which are highly recommended for PR agencies.
– Payment is required upfront for expedited processing. Pricing details will be provided upon request.
– Expedited submissions will be prioritized and published within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, OutLoudCulture does not guarantee publication in the event of content violations or quality concerns.
3. Content Guidelines
– Submissions must be original, relevant, and free from plagiarism or copyright infringement.
– Any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
– By submitting, you grant OutLoudCulture a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, edit, and distribute your content on our platform and affiliated social media channels.
4. Payment & Refunds
– All payments for expedited submissions must be completed before processing begins.
– Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where OutLoudCulture is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service.
– If a submission is rejected due to content violations, refunds will not be issued.
5. Rights & Liabilities
– You retain full ownership of your submitted content.
– OutLoudCulture is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the publication (or non-publication) of submitted content.
– We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any submission option at any time without prior notice.
6. Changes to These Terms
– OutLoudCulture reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
– Continued use of our submission services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
