Following the release of her emotional single, “Won’t Let Go,” Satya returns with “Love2Hate,” an energetic and empowering pop anthem that celebrates self-reinvention, confidence, and the freedom that comes from letting go of doubt. Inspired by a year of personal transformation and creative renewal, the track marks a bold step forward in both sound and identity, reflecting an artist fully stepping into her own power.

“This song is something I’m so proud of,” Satya shares. “After being told I couldn’t write songs, I did. A lot changed this year. I transformed myself, started collaborating with new people, and found a new sound.”

Babe Rainbow‘s new single exists somewhere at the intersection of Sheryl Crow‘s sunshine-infused country rock and Unknown Mortal Orchestra‘s hazy, washed-out lo-fi pop aesthetic. “Waterfall” is the second offering from ACID AND HONEY, the band’s seventh studio album. The new track is perfect for a stoned trip to the beach or a lazy summer day hunched in front of the AC.

Canadian musician Keegan Powell returns with “Long Way Through Doom,” a fierce and energetic indie anthem built on instinct, grit, and momentum. Blending massive guitars with shaman-like vocal hooks and a sweetened vocal edge, the track evokes a world driven less by logic and more by raw animal impulse. It surges forward with swagger and urgency, pulling listeners into a sonic current that feels impossible to escape.

At its core, “Long Way Through Doom” is both primal and poetic: a collision of chaos and melody where instinct takes over and meaning emerges in fragments rather than structure.

Written initially without any intention of vocals, the track began as a self-imposed creative experiment. “I purposely assigned myself to write a ‘nuclear rock song’,” Keegan explains. “Once I gave myself that M.O, the main riff just came out of my hands.”

Southern California’s emo scene has found one of its most exciting new voices in boycomma. Based in Orange County, they cut their teeth throwing house shows during high school before becoming one of the area’s most buzzy word-of-mouth bands. What started in packed backyards and DIY spaces has since propelled boycomma to national attention, with Stereogum naming them a Band To Watch and praising their “wall of sound as massive and powerful as a tidal wave.”

Alex Henry Foster, the Montreal-based artist and former frontman of the post-rock band Your Favorite Enemies, today released “Springtime,” the first glimpse of new projects on the horizon.

The Fragile Beauty (of New Morning Hopes), out October 23rd, is the first of five albums in a broader series, written and recorded in Virginia, Morocco and Canada. The releases represent Foster’s metamorphosis from one life to another, honoring the communities, relationships, and experiences that have helped shape him.

“Springtime,” the first single from The Fragile Beauty (of New Morning Hopes), calls upon Foster’s personal tribulations: particularly the moment he died on the table during emergency heart surgery. The minor, dissonant chords set to a surging pulse ignite a sense of urgency that underscores Foster’s lyrics: “Springtime, Springtime / Your grief rises afar.”

Preloved, the solo project of Canadian artist and producer Michael (Miki) Watson, today shares their new single and video, “Heading Out,” from the forthcoming debut album Willow, due July 31 via Lauren Records.

He’s a trained biologist who makes music by translating the bioelectricity of living mushrooms and plants into shimmering, meditative soundscapes — and more than 1.5 million followers and 200 million views later, Tarun Nayar’s project Modern Biology has turned a scientific curiosity into a genuine cultural phenomenon. This fall, he brings it off the screen and into the room: the Mushroom Church Fall 2026 North American tour, an eight-city run of immersive performances staged inside historic churches, opening October 13 in Chicago and closing October 25 in Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, June 17 at tickets.modernbiology.xyz.

At a sold-out 2025 stop, CBC Arts described the scene as a niche form of environmental fandom — audiences lying on church floors, imagining themselves as root systems, then erupting in cheers of “mushrooms!” from the balcony as though calling a rock star back for an encore. Each Mushroom Church evening pairs a short scientific talk and a poetry reading with a live plant and mushroom music performance and mesmerizing projection mapping, inviting audiences to “try on” plant and fungal consciousness and expand their awareness toward these more-than-human worlds.

Locust, the project of iconic English electronic musician Mark Van Hoen, is excited to share announce his new album, Spectral+, arriving September 11, 2026, via TODO RecordsSpectral+ is an eclectic, uniquely slanted collection that draws on classic influences including Giorgio Moroder, Brian Eno, My Bloody Valentine, and Boards of Canada as jumping-off points into fresh territory, with a cast of vocalists including Olive Kimoto, Natasha Morrow, Nick Holton of Black Hearted Brother, and Griff Spex, whose industrial electronic edge brings an unexpected and thrilling dimension to the record. An official music video premieres for the track today

Built on a foundation of classic West Coast G-funk, “LA Timez” unites Dheezy with West Coast hip-hop legends Snoop Dogg and Kurupt, delivering a smooth yet hard-hitting blend of rolling basslines, laid-back grooves and melodic synth work that pays homage to the golden era of California hip-hop. Opening with a spoken-word introduction that firmly establishes its South Central Los Angeles roots, the record immediately sets the tone for a celebration of West Coast culture, identity and influence, with Snoop Dogg and Kurupt bringing an undeniable authenticity, legacy and veteran presence that further anchors the track in the sound and spirit of Los Angeles.

Dheezy drives the track with a sharp, energetic performance packed with intricate rhyme schemes, clever wordplay and references that stretch from New Zealand rugby to pop culture icons. His commanding delivery is complemented by Snoop Dogg’s unmistakable melodic drawl, while Kurupt reinforces the record’s street-level edge with his signature intensity and unapologetic perspective, creating a dynamic showcase of three distinct voices united by a shared respect for the culture.

Lyrically, the song bridges Los Angeles and Australia, reflecting a shared connection through hip-hop while exploring themes of regional pride, success, and street credibility. The result is a nostalgic, head-nodding anthem that honours the legacy of 90s and early-2000s West Coast rap whilst giving it a contemporary international twist. The track closes on a reflective note with a roll-call tribute to respected and fallen figures of the West Coast hip-hop community, including Nate Dogg, Ty Cuzz and Bad Azz, underscoring the record’s deep respect for the culture and artists who helped shape its sound.

New York-based drummer and sound artist Lesley Mok shares new single “williams landing,” the second preview from their forthcoming solo debut transient, out July 17 via American Dreams. Named after the street of Mok’s childhood home, “williams landing” contains fragments of synth and bell-like melodies that gradually appear and disappear, stirring feelings of wistfulness and nostalgia.

“I’ve always been enamored by the way photo negatives gradually appear when they’re being developed,” Mok reflects. “Memories can feel both elusive and fuzzy in the way they sit in my body, but sometimes with a bit of attention and time, details come into focus, and a once-vague memory can suddenly become clear, like a photo negative. I hope that this track can be a space where listeners can resonate with the experience of remembering, no matter how fleeting or fragmentary a memory might be.”

Dublin-based duo mischa and the bear announce their new single “Bleach”, arriving Friday 22nd May as the first release from their upcoming second EP True Colours (due out 21st August 2026).
Bleach is a song that speaks for itself. The track exposes the “world revolves around me” attitude, an attitude where there’s a lack of empathy, and hedonism pushed to grotesque extremes. Bleach is a nauseated witness to a culture of hyper-capitalist hustle ideologies spread to online spaces that reward narcissism and spectacle.
Through tongue-in-cheek lyricism and its satirical attitude, the track dismantles a growing cultural mindset: a world where success is measured purely by wealth, status, and dominance, and empathy is treated as weakness.
The chorus captures this best – ‘money or death, success comes first’ – there are no nuances to life other than how much money you have and what your social status is.
Bleach explores when this ideology is taken too far. The duo step into the voice of this character to expose its absurdity – the public figure who thrives on power, the artist who separates persona from morality.
The production leans into discomfort: harsh, synthetic drums that feel deliberately “plastic”, clashing textures, and a fusion of real guitars with cold electronic elements.  Nothing about it is supposed to be nice or easy on the ear, it’s supposed to express shared anger.
The accompanying music video, shot in stark black and white, amplifies this atmosphere. There is no grey area, no nuance, it’s just black and white – there are winners and there are losers.
Songwriter Mischa said:Bleach captures a mindset that feels increasingly unavoidable. I think we all know people like this and have been affected personally by selfish self-serving people, whether it’s an ignorant manager at work or the corrupt politicians and billionaire corporations at the top, orchestrating their master plans for optimal profit.
The track came together with unusual immediacy while I was on a bus going to work, feeling very angry. I could hear what the bassline was gonna be and I already knew the first verse, and how the toms and bass were going to interact already. It was just a matter of getting home and recording it.”
Bleach sets the tone for EP True Colours, a project that explores facade and doesn’t hold back.
With upcoming performances at renowned festivals Forbidden Fruit and Beyond The Pale, mischa and the bear are stepping out from behind the screen and into physical spaces for the first time.

“Dream Gigantic” is out June 26th, and is the final single before Plain Mister Smith‘s new, mystery-shrouded album. Written after taking various walks along desolate Paris sidewalks shortly after the Olympics, the new track features the tranquil, yet sharp vocals of Findlay Brown and Krystle Dos Santos. With the new single, Plain Mister Smith continues to expand the whimsical, thoughtful, and richly textured sonic world he has uniquely carved out.

Dance music powerhouse GRYFFIN today announces Part I of his highly anticipated fourth studio album ELEMENTS due out this Fall via 10K Projects. The announcement arrives alongside his long-awaited single ‘Spin Me Slowly’ with acclaimed vocalist Julia Church out now.

First premiered at Ultra Music Festival in 2025, ‘Spin Me Slowly’ is one of GRYFFIN’s most sought-after IDs. Equal parts uplifting and anthemic, the track captures the emotive songwriting and dynamic energy that’s become a throughline in GRYFFIN’s discography. ‘Spin Me Slowly’ soars with swooning melodies, rushing crescendos, and a heartwarming hook built for crowds to sing along. A propulsive entry in ELEMENTS, ‘Spin Me Slowly’ hints at the metaphysical themes that surround the project while embracing the momentum and force that make it a natural fit for the official Forza Horizon 6 soundtrack.

“When Julia flew to Red Rocks to perform ‘Never Letting Go’ with me in October 2024, it was her first time EVER in the US. And this legend arrived in Denver on a delayed flight from London to Uber straight to Red Rocks and 5 mins later found herself sound checking at the coolest venue in the world. She handled it like the pro that she is and didn’t flinch. Her suitcase was sitting on the stage…no joke. We’d never met, and she’d never performed or been to the US before, but we had this special song that both of us were so excited about. Months later she flew to Miami for Ultra to debut ‘Spin Me Slowly’.” – GRYFFIN

New York–based alternative singer-songwriter Lauren Minear shares her latest offering, “‘Til The World Ends.” It’s a cinematic and emotionally charged alt-pop single that grapples with fear, uncertainty, and the fragile state of the world before ultimately arriving at a deeply human conclusion: love is the only answer. Blending rising tension with introspective lyricism, the track captures a moment of personal and collective anxiety, filtered through Minear’s signature emotional clarity.

‘Til The World Ends” was written in November 2024 in the immediate aftermath of the U.S. presidential election. “I felt scared by how divided the world has become and worried about the sociopolitical conditions my children will grow up in,” Minear explains. At the same time, she found herself immersed in dystopian storytelling, rewatching multiple Walking Dead spinoffs that explore separation and survival in apocalyptic conditions. “I was thinking about how horrifying it would be to be separated geographically from my family if the world stopped,” she says.
