Fresh off the release of his chart-topping debut album Twenty One, Latin house hitmaker HUGEL continues his massive run with another marquee collaboration, joining forces with Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum R&B superstar Bryson Tiller on the seductive new single “Temptation,” out July 10 via Make The Girls Dance Records. The track serves as the first single from the special edition of Twenty One, scheduled for release this fall.

Following the success of Twenty One, which debuted at #1 on Spotify’s Top Albums chart and further cemented HUGEL’s vision of bringing Latin House to a global audience, “Temptation” marks the next chapter in one of dance music’s biggest crossover campaigns of the year. The single once again highlights HUGEL’s ability to unite dance music with R&B, hip hop, and global pop through world class collaborators.

“Temptation” finds HUGEL effortlessly blending his signature Latin House sound with Bryson Tiller’s unmistakably smooth vocals. Warm piano, soulful melodies, and sleek, groove driven production create an irresistible blend of laid back summer energy and refined club music, resulting in a sophisticated crossover record that feels both timeless and fresh.

The collaboration arrives as Bryson Tiller enters another landmark chapter of his career. Since breaking through with his era-defining debut album T R A P S O U L, which introduced multi-platinum hits including “Don’t” and “Exchange” and established him as one of modern R&B’s most influential voices—Tiller has amassed billions of streams, multiple platinum certifications, and GRAMMY nominations. Fresh off celebrating the 10-year anniversary of T R A P S O U L, Tiller recently announced his 61-date Bryson Tiller Presents: The Neo Trapsoul Tour across North Am

Brighton-based indie-pop and folk artist frances mistry returns with her new single, ‘i let it get to me again’, a striking yet quietly intimate track that continues her shift toward a more folk-led sound within her broader indie-pop style.

‘i let it get to me again’ is out now on your streaming service of choice, via APOLLO Distribution.

Montreal artist Jacques Greene has released a new single titled “Closer,” a collaboration with the Melbourne-raised, London-based DJ BORING. The track is out now via LUCKYME®.

Preceded by “What You Say,” with labelmate umru, “Closer” is the second of two consecutive dancefloor-focused singles from Greene so far in 2026.

Reflecting on his close relationships with his collaborators and how it affects his current sound, Greene had the following to say: “Tristan [DJ Boring] is one of those people I feel so delighted to spot on a lineup of an event I’ll be at. The guy just radiates good energy. We made this tune at his studio in London a couple years ago.  No time to waste, we start essentially halfway through a buildup. It feels like hanging out with the man himself, consistently fun, engaging, and a bit silly. Where there’s a will there’s a way, and if you need cheering up, find yourself an Australian like BORING. And keep him close.”

Maren Davidsen is a singer-songwriter from Stavanger, Norway, whose music blends Nordic americana with country influences, rooted in honest storytelling and an organic, song-led sound. After spending eight years in London, she moved to Oslo in 2023 in search of the space and clarity to write new music. Having picked up the guitar at six years old and grown up listening to artists such as Mark Knopfler, Bruce Springsteen and Willie Nelson, songwriting has long been part of her life, but it was during her early adult years in London, especially immersed in Mayfair’s party district, that she began pursuing music more seriously. These experiences, both the vibrant highs and personal upheavals, led her back to Norway, where she found the clarity to write her debut album.

Her new single, “Forehead Kiss”, is the latest release from her upcoming debut album This Is Where I Leave You, produced by Martin Vinje and released via AWAL. Written during a relationship that would go on to shape much of the album, the song explores the experience of being kept emotionally off balance, constantly reaching for a love that only seemed available on someone else’s terms. The title refers to a small gesture that gradually came to represent the imbalance at the heart of the relationship: affection was reduced to fleeting moments, while deeper intimacy, reassurance and connection remained just out of reach.

“For years I thought I was trying to fix something that was wrong with me,” Maren says. “I kept searching for answers, wondering why I never felt secure, when really I was being given just enough affection to keep me hoping things would change.”

Arriving via Eureka / AWAL on July 16th, the album combines twangy, infectious grooves with dreamy, reverb-drenched vocals, creating a spellbinding and permeating listen. ACID AND HONEY is the seventh studio album from Babe Rainbow, and it marks a change in pace for the Byron Bay favorites. While staying true to their beachy stoner aesthetics, the album sonically shifts towards a more country-pop narrative than their previous records.

The album’s sixth track “Mangoes” serves as the focus for ACID AND HONEY.

Dance-pop artist Kyle Waves has released his newest single, “Internet Boy,” a playful yet assertive track that delves into the complicated experience of being admired and held up on a pedestal by people who only think they know you. Constructed around echoing synths and pulsing electronic rhythms, the song reflects Kyle Waves’s growing confidence and evolving artistry as he explores the complexities of being objectified, consumed, and misunderstood online. “Internet Boy” is now available for streaming on all music platforms.

Jakarta alt-pop trip-hop band GHO$$ have released their debut full-length album ‘The Whitest Blackout’, along with the video for ‘666’, which explores the daily conflict between reason and the inner demons we all carry. This visual exploration, directed by Mellow Splice, delves into themes of despair, inner conflict, and our own internal warring.  Rather than portraying good and evil as external forces, ‘666’ suggests that the outcome of these battles is ultimately determined by how we choose to respond.

The film’s striking visual language is elevated through the cinematography of Moses Sihombing and Hafizh Armynazrie, who emphasize the tension between darkness and light, creating a haunting contrast that mirrors the psychological struggle at the heart of the story. Shot at Rossi Musik, one of Jakarta’s most legendary live music venues, the setting adds an unmistakable rawness and authenticity, grounding the video’s symbolic narrative within an iconic space that is deeply rooted in Indonesia’s underground music culture.”

Québec-based singer-songwriter Sébastien De Francesco shares “Fleury Street,” a nostalgic and deeply moving folk-rock single that transforms a final goodbye into a celebration of friendship, gratitude, and the lasting impact we leave on one another. Rooted in a real afternoon spent with a close friend nearing the end of his life, the song embraces mortality not through sadness alone, but through warmth, humour, and the enduring power of human connection.

The song was inspired by one of the last afternoons Sébastien spent with a close friend who was dying of cancer. Unable to walk and navigating Montreal’s Fleury Street on a mobility scooter, his friend spent the day sharing stories, jokes, and hard-earned wisdom. The experience carried an even deeper significance for Sébastien, who had first admired him years earlier as one of his musical heroes.

“He was an incredible singer. I used to go see him perform with his band and looked up to him tremendously,” Sébastien explains. “He taught me life lessons that have stayed with me long after he was gone. This song became my way of preserving that moment.”

enigmatic electronic music producer and DJ Whethan returns with BKTHERULA, Denzel Curry, and Waka Flocka Flame for the release of his highly anticipated “ Rooster In My
Rari” Remix. The explosive, head-banging, rager drops officially on Friday, July 10. Whethan’s “Rooster In My Rari” remix features rappers BKTHERULA and Denzel Curry, offering a hardcore alternative spin on Waka Flocka Flame’s original 2012 hip-hop track. Swapping trap beats for guitar riffs and gritty bass, Whethan, BKTHERULA, and Curry flip the original track on its head entirely. Completely reimagining and repacking the original with added edge, together the trio prove to be an impenetrable force of fury.

When Index moves, it’s in lockstep, as a single, indivisible unit. Alan Creedon and Alex

Lichtenauer (both ex-Control Top) started the project in the summer of 2025, and it quickly became clear that its sound would be an outgrowth of their close friendship. Eschewing the densely orchestrated compositions of their previous band, Index would instead focus on sweaty, visceral physicality, with Creedon’s guitar intuitively latched to Lichtenauer’s drum kit, navigating corridors of tricky rhythm as one.

Vis Inertiae, named in homage to Nietzsche’s assertion that forgetting is not a passive act but something one chooses with intention, is the duo’s debut album, and it realizes Index’s founding ambition. It’s a subversive work of electronics-inflected hardcore punk, but it’s also the sound of two longtime friends making music together, reinvigorated by the act of creation.

The seeds for Index were planted in June 2025, when Creedon sent Lichtenauer a cache of demos he’d been working on. Almost unconsciously, Creedon had written these new songs with his old Control Top bandmate’s drumming in mind. Even though the two were living in different cities by that point – Creedon in Philadelphia, Lichtenauer in Los Angeles – they both knew they wanted to collaborate on music again. Once Lichtenauer laid their ears on that first batch of demos, things started moving quickly.

Being Here , the third album from Litvar, is a record about endings and new beginnings. Inspired by the loss of frontman Rex Thurstan’s father, these story-driven songs shine a light on the long climb from grief to restoration. Releasing on July 31, Being Here casts the widest net of Litvar’s career, caught halfway between the raw roots of The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan , the sonic experimentation of Wilco, and the electronic soundscapes of Brian Eno and Porter Robinson.

Formed by Thurstan and drummer Joe Lemieux in early 2020, Litvar quickly began establishing themselves as torchbearers of early-21st-century indie rock, collaborating with guitarist Violet Falkowski and bassist John Blues McCarthy on two albums before life challenges derailed the band’s growth. Reeling from  his father’s death, Thurstan isolated himself for months, taking a break not only from social situations but from music, too. He later returned to songwriting after buying his dream guitar, a Gibson J-45 acoustic, and dedicating himself to the challenge of turning his personal struggles into universal songs about loss, grief, and the light at the end of the tunnel.

As the resulting album, Being Here , progresses, so does Thurstan’s emotional recovery. “Real Life” explores the balance between longing for life to go exactly as you’ve planned and learning to trust the unpredictable journey that ultimately shapes who you’ll become.

“My mother would often say, ‘There’s no bump-free road in life,’ and that inspired the lyrics of this song,” Thurstan says of new single, “Real Life,” reflecting on the song’s message of having faith that you’ll get where you’re meant to be. “‘Real Life’ is about wanting things to go exactly the way you want them to, when reality has something else in store for you. If everything went your way all the time, would that really be all that great? There may be endless different paths that could get you to where you want to go, there are just no smooth rides.”

Being Here is meant to be heard in its entirety — and for those who stay for the full thing, it’s both empathetic and electrifyingly emotional.  “We’ll always have glitches and vocal chops and synthesizers in our songs, but this is the least electronic thing we’ve ever done,” says Thurstan. “It’s as raw as we get. During a time of AI, we felt it was important to sound as honest and real as possible.”

Litvar have reinvented themselves with Being Here, transforming themselves into folk-inspired storytellers and genre-benders. Born from loss, Being Here is ultimately about rebirth and rejuvenation — a reminder that when one door closes, another opens.

Superstar Feid returns with the release of his new single, “A Xon De Que.” Serving as the first preview of his upcoming EP, El Club de las 19 Flores, set for release on August 19, the track finds the Colombian artist confronting heartbreak head-on with a direct and unfiltered narrative. Through honest lyrics, Feid reflects on a relationship that has ended but continues to live on through vivid memories, capturing the experience of loving someone who is no longer there. Musically, “A Xon De Que” balances stillness and movement, pairing nostalgic storytelling with the rhythm-driven energy of reggaeton, resulting in a track that invites listeners to both reflect and dance.

rising R&B artist Myles Lloyd returns with his new single, “One Sided.” Driven by rhythmic production and an unforgettable melody, “One Sided” explores the realization that a relationship has become painfully unbalanced.

Speaking on the song, Lloyd shares: “One Sided is about going all in for somebody who was never really all in for you. It’s realizing you’ve been carrying the relationship on your back while they’re just along for the ride.”

Lloyd has been building anticipation for the release across social media, where a snippet of the song has already amassed nearly 2 million likes, 35,000 shares, and 54,000 saves on Instagram alone. The excitement follows the continued global success of his breakout single “Drive Me Crazy,” which is still finding new audiences and was recently featured in an ENHYPEN and Pinterest partnership.

Indie-pop artist Cade Hoppe returns with his new single, “Lake Michigan.” Accompanied by an official music video, the track is driven by warm grooves, shimmering melodies, and a sense of wide-open possibility as Hoppe reflects on expectations, ambition, and the beauty of accepting life’s unexpected detours.

It’s a story about driving from the East Coast to the West Coast, hoping to make it to the Pacific Ocean,” Hoppe shares. “But life never goes as planned, and sometimes you’ve got to make peace with only ever making it to Lake Michigan—after all, they basically look the same.”

Chicago darkwave/electronic trio Pixel Grip have announced a new remix package, Percepticide Remixes for their acclaimed 2025 album Percepticide: The Death of Reality. The release is led by Glasgow-based producer KAVARI’s remix of “Noise,” out now.

The original Percepticide pushed Pixel Grip’s dark, club-facing sound into its most volatile form yet — a self-released, emotionally charged collision of EBM, techno, darkwave, synthpop, and industrial pop built around betrayal, trauma, rage, and reconstruction. Over the past year, the band has been praised for channeling that intensity into one of their strongest records to date, while continuing to grow as a ferocious live act and fully independent project.

The remix package expands that world through a wide-ranging cast of electronic artists, including KAVARI, Perel, Frazer Ray, Inhalt, Black Asteroid, Auragraph, Curses, Matrixxman, Normal Bias, A Thousand Mad Things, club.drippy, Babymajick, and Pixel Grip themselves. KAVARI’s take on “Noise” refracts the original through a harder, more fractured club lens, opening the campaign with a version that feels purpose-built for late-night rooms and electronic press.
